Her task was to care for five fur babies, two older dogs and three cats, one of which is 17 years old. Which let’s admit, is a lot for one person. She took time to come meet us all and my dogs who are very quirky and set in their ways, immediately were at ease with her. She didn’t hesitate for a second. She developed a great rapport with us and our animals. Most importantly, while we were away, she did a great job caring for everyone and communicated constantly with us. She kept everyone’s routine which meant everyone was comfortable and happy while we were away. We will continue to ask Jemma to help us care for our babies in the future.
