About: I grew up with a dog in the house and have always been an animal lover. I could not imagine a life without them. I truly believe that they are man's best friend and we have so much to learn from them! I currently have two dachshund mixes and live across the street from Buena Vista Park which has plenty of space and trails for dogs to get their exercise. It also has an amazing dog community. My beagle growing up was a difficult little lady who was not great socially with other animals nor people, so I understand certain animals need specific care an awareness in social situations. But a little love can go a long way! I look forward to meeting your pup and having them join me on one of my daily trips to the park :) I work from home and enjoy taking breaks to go outside with the dogs, especially with a beautiful park across the street. Since I’ve already got 2, it’s a part of my everyday routine. I let my dogs out minimum 4x per day and always do a 45 min walk in the park as well. Mine eat 2x per day, but I’m happy to accommodate any feeding schedule necessary.

About: We are a semi-retired couple who have lived in San Francisco for the last 40+ years. Our last dog who had a lot of health issues and required hand feeding and medications passed away recently in April. We decided to join Rover for healing and the opportunity to give undivided attention in taking care of other dogs. We are patient, caring and experienced dog owners, so your dog will feel right at home at our place. We have good size indoor and outdoor space for dogs to have fun and relax. We want to spend quality time with your dog(s) so will limit our home to only two or three dogs for day care and boarding. We both work remotely at home so we’ll always be around to look and pamper your dog. We’re also quite active and will take the dogs out for long walks at least twice a day. Depending on the service, we will not let your dog out unleashed and will read your instructions carefully to ensure your dog is well looked after.

About: I've taken care of animals since I was a kid, despite not being able to have any of my own (which I quickly changed as soon as I could in adulthood!). Over time I've frequently cared for friends' dogs and cats in all stages of life & learning, my own dog for the last 8 years, and currently volunteer at animal rescues. I strongly believe every animal deserves kindness, patience, love and companionship - and will provide all of that and more to your pet! My pup has an autoimmune disease, so I empathize with any special care your pet needs and am prepared to accommodate as needed. I'm currently working part time for myself, so have flexibility to work with your schedule. I will work with you to set expectations and prioritize open communication! Please make sure to share details about what would make your pet most comfortable - and any quirks or needs I should keep an eye out for. The more I know the better! I have one ~35lb dog who loves other dogs (honestly she prefers them over humans), and is very used to either being a playmate or respectfully co-existing if your dog doesn't want as much interaction. All I ask is that you be transparent about your dog’s temperament around other dogs and in the home so I can ensure we are a good fit for each other.
