About: When I was young, my parents wouldn't let me have a dog. It wasn't until I grew up and finally got a dog that I realized how much joy dogs bring me and how I love to be around them. Over the years I've rescued and fostered and shared my life with many dogs. My home is open to small/medium dogs of all breeds as long as the dog does not require extensive exercise (long runs etc). Regarding specialities, through fostering with Old Dog Haven I became very familiar with the needs of elderly and medically fragile dogs. At this point in my life I only have one dog of my own, and he is small and blind. My home is the perfect home for dog-sitting older dogs, dogs with disabilities, smaller dogs and/or dogs who just need extra love and attention. I work from home. I have a fully fenced yard and an enclosed patio for napping and sun bathing. I can administer meds, take slow meandering walks if needed, and handle complicated feeding schedules. I will love on your pupper as if they were my own. I work from home full-time and never travel for work. Weekdays are all about working in my office with regular breaks for walkies and for play time and for meals. My house is dog-friendly, my back yard is fully enclosed, and I have an enclosed patio for sun-bathing pups. Dogs are never left alone for longer than it takes me to pour a cup of coffee.

About: Hello, fellow dog-lovers! My name is Haleigh, I have been a dog-owner for 19 years, and I have a vivacious passion for all animals and their well-being. I currently share my home with one pup, a four-year-old Chihuahua mix named Aldo, who is easy-going but slightly anxious. I love playing with him, cuddling with him, petting him, and taking him for walks. Luckily, there is a lovely park that is about a ten minute walk from our apartment that Aldo and I frequent. I own my own book editing business and work from home, so I have plenty of time during the day to give my little guy lots of love. It brings me so much joy to be able to spend my day surrounded by furry friends, and I can't wait to meet and get to know some new ones! I currently work part-time and from home, so I will have plenty of time to give your pups lots of attention! I’m kind of a homebody, so I rarely have plans that take me away from caring for your pups all day, in the evening, or on the weekends. I live in an apartment and have one pup that will keep your fur baby company all day. We live about a 10 minute walk away from a wonderful secluded neighborhood park.
