“We found ourselves in a predicament upon arriving to San Francisco for a wedding. We thought we had a place for our dog throughout the weekend festivities but due to an illness at that location, we could not take our dog there. I found Sam on Rover.com and she was FANTASTIC. She was very accommodating, and easy to work with. I wasn’t sure exactly what our schedule was going to be but she had no problem helping me cover our dogs needs. Our dog is also blind and she was incredible caring for him. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam for any pet needs.”

Maria dog-sat during workdays for us while we were away on a trip, and she was great at giving us updates via Rover (including pictures), which put us at ease while we were traveling. Our family watched Kiwi during nights & non-workdays, and when they picked up Kiwi from Maria's at the end of the day, they reported that he was thoroughly exhausted and seemed like he had a great time! They said he was always excited to go back to her house, and was ready to nap on the couch afterward. Maria did a great job with Kiwi, and we would happily book her again!”

“Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL Cindy is! I have a very anxious chihuahua mix with a lot of social issues, and I needed to find someone to watch her during a long upcoming trip. I reached out to Cindy, who was kind enough to do a meet and greet session with us to get to know my dog. She was SO patient with my grumbly dog, and so we tried a day board next, with Cindy sending me a very thorough questionnaire to fill out so she could find out even more about my pup’s weird quirks and habits. I was so impressed with her attention to detail. Within minutes of being at Cindy’s home, my dog went from whiney to lovey and relaxed, and even gave Cindy lots of kisses and spent a good portion of the day sitting in Cindy’s lap. Cindy spent lots of time with her and sent me a ton of photo updates to calm my nerves. When I went to pick her up at the end of the day it was clear she had formed quite an attachment to Cindy- Cindy even gave her a little Mickey plush as we said goodbye! We can’t wait to board with Cindy again, and I’m so relieved we’ve found a dogsitter is who patient, communicative, and responsible! Thank you, Cindy!”
