About: Have a bumper sticker that says "I'd rather be at the dog park" I enjoy the company of dogs and cats simply because they appreciate anything you do for them. Hard to say no to a wagging tail. At 14 years old I applied and was hired over college applicants to work part time at a vet clinic in Chandler. It was basically maintaining cleanliness of the clinic. Exam rooms, kennels and as a bonus I also got to participate in puppy School. After my task were finished id spend an hour or so comforting the animals that weren't going to make it. Most of them would effortlessly wag their tail while I was petting them until the found the light. I believe I truly became dogs best friends during this time I my life. Walking dogs gives me that same feeling of caring for my furry buddies and buddests in this ever so uncompassionate world we live in. Im able to relate to pets by a simple golden rule that I was taught by mom growing up on treating people. Treat someone how you want to be treated.

About: I'm Cara, I'm a huge dog lover and have been around dogs my entire life. I've been living in Lake Havasu for a while now and I’m originally from Michigan. Recently I just moved to Tempe. I have had many years of experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds. My own dog is named Lucy, a rescue dog from Phoenix, a Dachshund mixed with Chihuahua. I also live with a male Golden Retriever named Cash. Growing up dogs have been a big part of my life. I'm around small dogs, average size dogs, and really big dogs a lot so I'm fine with any size dog. I do online schooling and work in a restaurant. My schedule can still be pretty flexible and can always make room and time to take care of your fur babies. I do have 1 golden and 1 rescue dog who is a chihuahua. If it’s an overnight stay I can take them at the clients home but I also can take them in my home.

About: Taking care of pets has been a huge part of my life for over 30 years. In addition to caring for my own pets throughout the years, I have helped many friends and family with their pets when they aren’t able to. I know how important it is to provide love, attention and care is for our fur babies. My youngest child has gone off to college so I would love nothing more than to fill my new found time loving and caring for any and all pets. For most of us, our pets are like our children. To our pets, we are their everything. I know how sad it makes me when I have to leave my babies for some reason. Having someone to trust to love and care for them when we can’t is so important.
