About: Work from home dog dad with a middle aged dog. We've worked through a torn ACL and arthritis, so I have some experience with dogs with extra needs. We can't do dog parks as often anymore, so I'm always looking for new dogs for Ella to socialize with at home. I've been working from home for about 3 years and have used that opportunity to take care of my buddy Ella. We always start and end our day with a long walk and every Saturday and Sunday morning starts with a coffee walk. I have a small fenced in backyard for breaks during the day, so sometimes I'll take my laptop outside so we can do some sun bathing and enjoy the fresh air and garden. I'm happy to host your pets in my home. I have a fenced in yard, but all outdoors time is monitored in case your buddy likes to jump. Otherwise, I my front and back doors have two separate locked doors for extra security and to keep everyone safe in the house during their stay.

About: I have taken care of many different pets over the years whether it’s my pets at home, a pet store’s pets or a friend or family member’s pet. This includes many varieties of animals including dogs, cats, birds, small animals, reptiles and more. I pay attention to detail and I will read instructions thoroughly to make sure I give an animal proper care. I always monitor animals in my care so I know where they are and what they’re doing at all times. I am currently working 4 days a week but my schedule can be flexible and I can work to meet the scheduling needs. Evenings are very flexible for me as well. I can always stop by after work to feed and play when necessary. When I care for pets in my home I always meet the requirements when it comes to feeding and medications. I always make sure the owner’s home is without any messes left by their furry companion(s). I go for a long walk at least once while I pet sit. In a client’s home the pets always come first. Any messes that are made get cleaned up immediately and everything is treated with respect. I would treat the home better than I would my own for peace of mind. I prioritize the pets’ health and happiness to create a stress free environment.

About: My family has owned and cared for dots since I was 5 years old. Even after moving out, I regularly take care of my parents’ dogs when they are out. Experience with dogs of all sizes and ages! I am currently in school, most of my classes are done either by noon or are only a few hours in the afternoon. Fridays and Saturdays I am usually completely free and my schedule is flexible most other days as well. Respectful of your little baby’s boundaries and of your home. I am patient with shy and rowdy animals alike and will always follow house rules to the letter!

About: *Please note, I live in a condo building. If your dog tends to bark, I am not a good fit. They also must be potty trained. Since joining Rover I have cared for cats, large dogs, old dogs and small dogs. I myself have had dogs my whole life. Growing up, we had four of them! I love to run and be active and I live right by the lake. Don’t let that fool you though - we certainly have our lazy days. I have an 8 year old hound mix, Ella. She keeps me busy but is also very cuddly and lazy. I have never had a problem between her and another pet. Besides her, I only watch one Rover dog or cat at a time. If I am doing a home stay, I request that I bring her with so I don’t have to run back and forth. I go into the office two days a week from roughly 9 am - 4 pm. All other days I am working from home. On the weekends, I can let you know my plans if I might be away for a few hours. I live in a one bedroom condo, so if I go away I usually put one animal in my bedroom and my dog in my living room. I also have a cage, but if you have one you prefer to bring, I will of course take it!
