“Luciana has taken care of my 3 dogs several times and they absolutely love her! She is kind, attentive, and patient with them. She even won over the heart of my basenji who is notoriously skeptical of people! Luciana is a great dog walker/sitter and I definitely recommend her.”
2. Sue B.
“We couldn't be happier with Sue. We have a difficult dog, and Sue has gone out of her way to form a connection with her and take her on walks. Sue is kind and reliable, and our dog is so much happier when we get home from work.”

7. Anna W.
“Anna has taken care of several of our dogs over the years. She has stayed at our house and the dogs love her. We have had Anna care for our dogs for short periods of time, just over a weekend, and longer periods of time when we have been gone for a couple of weeks. She took care of our older dog who needed medication and tender care. Anna did a great job and loved him while we were gone. She has also taken care of our two labs and takes them for walks and plays with them. Anna loves animals and her love for them shows as she cares for them. I always feel very comfortable leaving the dogs in Anna's care and I know that they will be well taken care of and loved on as much as if I were with them.”
8. Katie O.
“Katie is a fantastic dog walker in every regard. Our pup felt comfortable with her right away, which isn’t a given for him. Katie has been an excellent communicator and sends us cute pics of our pup out enjoying his strolls. We look forward to continuing to work with her!”
9. Signe H.
“I LOVE Signe... and so does my dog! My dog, Rusty, is very old and tends to get pretty nervous around most people, but Signe is incredibly warm and has the sweetest demeanor, and Rusty connected with her instantly. She was very gentle with him and always kept me updated on how he was doing, including sending lots of photos! I felt so content when Rusty was with Signe and loved that I never had to worry about him. Rusty was so excited whenever Signe walked through the door to play with him or walk him, and sometimes I think he likes her more than me! We love Signe and are so greateful that she has helepd us with Rusty.”

About: I have taken care of dogs within my own home, for neighbors, and friends throughout my whole life. Many of my friends reach out to me when they need someone to house and pet sit. I am currently a grad student doing the clinical rotation portion of my program. I will be working full time, but will have flexibility during evenings and over the weekends. If given details on how my clients would like to care for their pet, I prioritize following the directions given to me in order to ensure a safe and loving environment

About: Here to be your dog's best friend! With me, you can be sure your precious pup(s) will feel loved, cared for, and always kept safe. I truly feel beyond blessed to care for the most amazing dogs over the years. I have fostered, have taken brand new pups on their first walks, helped potty train and administer their meds, to caring for senior pups in their very delicate Golden age. I cater my care (and our days/walks/adventures) based on every dog's energy level and preferences (running free at open spaces with high energy dogs to more mellow solo walks). I love taking pups on the best hiking/nature adventures like flat walking trails, more moderate hikes, trip to the gorgeous and spacious off-leash dog parks to play at, beach, lake, etc.. For those little/mellow pups, we can take it easy, play at home for some mellow chill out time and walk around the neighborhood or sit at a grassy park. I offer attentive care, reiki, and extra loving energy for anxious and pups needing extra nurturing care & cuddles, (a plus if they like being sang to since dogs just naturally have me start singing to them) administer meds and make nutritious snacks from scratch! With me, you can rest assured that your most loved is in the most loving care, and have them feel like they are with their best friend. I have additional reviews on Google and FB, most of my clients have been with me 3+ years. I went from full time as Personal Wellness Chef (13 years) to now part time and transitioned to *mostly* Dogsitting professionally- so most/all of my time is dedicated to your dog and has my full attention during our stay together. **I am insured & completed my training and certified in Animal First Aid from the American Red Cross. Your dog's safety and happiness is my #1 priority. We will go on adventures that best suits your dog's needs and energy levels. When staying in your home, I can water your plants, bring in your mail, take out the trash and always tidy up and wash the bedding before I go so you come home to a clean and cozy home. I am also a certified Personal Wellness Chef of 13 years so if you wish to come home to a fully stocked fridge with fresh meals, you can add on that service at a discounted rate.

18. Rachel B.
“Rachel possesses all qualities of someone I would trust to care for my dog. Ever since I got my four legged son - Rufus - Rachel has been more than willing (and excited) to look after him and walk him. She is patient, thoughtful, caring, and loving toward him and all other dogs that cross her path. She is constantly one step ahead of any potential danger that could get in the pups way, and is always putting the dogs health and care first. She not only loves my dog, and any other dog she sees- she is an incredible dog mom herself and has trained and loved a rescue to be the most well behaved pooch around! I would 100% trust Rachel to look after my dog(s) — any day of the week!”
19. Aimee T.
“I'm delighted to recommend Aimee T. as a pet sitter and dog walker. Having known Aimee for years, I can confidently say that her dedication to animal care is exceptional. Her six years of service in the Coast Guard speak volumes about her reliability, discipline, and ability to handle responsibility – qualities that make her an outstanding caretaker for your beloved pets. What sets Aimee apart is her extensive experience with a remarkable variety of animals. She's not just a pet owner; she's created a loving home for dogs, cats, snakes, turtles, lizards, and fish. This diverse experience has given her a deep understanding of different animals' needs, behaviors, and care requirements. Whether your pet needs specific feeding schedules, medication, or just extra attention, Aimee's comprehensive experience ensures they'll be in capable hands. Most importantly, Aimee approaches pet care with the same level of commitment and attention to detail that characterized her military service. She's the type of person who goes above and beyond, sending updates and photos, following care instructions to the letter, and treating each animal as if they were her own. I've witnessed firsthand how animals naturally gravitate toward her calm, nurturing presence. If you're looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and genuinely passionate pet sitter, you won't find anyone more qualified than Aimee. Your pets won't just be cared for – they'll be loved.”

About: Please read: I am in the process of switching to pet care in my home. I will not accept anymore housesitting requests. I will start accepting boarding and day care requests for February and beyond. I will continue to accept drop in and walk requests. Please be patient while I adjust my profile to reflect this change. This is new territory for me and I'm excited to work with you! What sets me apart is my diverse experience and personal touch. I’ve been a full-time dog mom for 5 years, worked at a doggy day camp and boarding facility for a year and a half, and have been active on Rover for 2 years. I’m experienced with both large and small breeds, seniors and puppies, aggressive pets, and administering medication. I provide reliable, compassionate care tailored to each pet’s needs, and I’m very communicative with pet parents, keeping them updated every step of the way. I am happy to do a one time booking or regular bookings. Pet care is a crucial part of my daily routine with my toy Australian Shepherd, who needs plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Each morning, I take her for a long walk, incorporating training exercises to keep her engaged. During the week, we enjoy hiking to explore new trails and environments together. This commitment to her needs is a rewarding part of my life. For safety, I will keep my dog in my bedroom and your dog in my living room, and they will be crated when I'm away. It is impossible to predict how two dogs will be together, especially in a new environment. It is crucial that your dog is comfortable sleeping in a kennel and being alone for a few hours without whining. Because I have a dog, I have plenty of toys, treats, and a kennel already, but you're welcome to bring your own. I also recommend bringing an article of clothing they can keep in the kennel to have a familiar scent. Right now, I specialize in caring for dogs with separation anxiety while their parents are out to dinner, at work, or running errands, and this is by far my favorite form of pet care so far. When staying at a client’s home, I prioritize creating a safe and loving environment for their pets. I follow their routines closely, including feeding schedules, exercise, and playtime. I ensure that the pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and mental stimulation throughout the day. Additionally, I maintain clear communication with pet parents, sending updates and photos to keep them informed about their pets' well-being. My goal is to make their pets feel secure and happy while they are away. The safety of your pets is my top priority. I ensure that all doors and gates are securely closed to prevent escapes, and I use leashes during walks to maintain control. If there are any specific hazards in the home or yard, I will take precautions to keep your pets away from those areas. I also supervise playtime closely, especially if there are multiple pets, to prevent any potential conflicts. Furthermore, I am experienced in reading animal body language, which helps me identify any signs of stress or discomfort. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where your pets can thrive while you’re away.
