“Jess watched my dogs for three nights. I have two blue heeler mixes one ~70 lbs. and one ~50 lbs. Both my dogs are reactive, so I don't normally allow anyone else to walk them. However, since she has so much prior experience with reactive dogs I decided to give her a chance. She was great with them! She followed their normal walking path (has the least other dogs/people) and handled them both really well. I'm glad that they were able to get some exercise while I was away for once! She also played fetch with them in my yard, and followed all their meal and nighttime routines. They do their best when they know what to expect in a situation and Jess understood that. 10/10 would recommend!”

About: I’ve worked at a vet clinic for 8 years, and before that worked in dog grooming. So I have some experience with dogs, pet sitting for various ones throughout the years, but I’ve had cats 15+ years, so I do really well with them too. I work full-time, 4-10 hour days a week, but my husband is always home. I live within 15 mins of my job, and run a lot of errands since I’m the manager, so I stop by a lot to have lunch, check in on my pets, etc. I’m completely off 3 days a week, and hours vary, but are pretty flexible. I have a big fenced backyard, and a very friendly and playful 2-year-old dog. We have 4 cats, but also a couple crates if needed to separate. No kids.

About: I work as a veterinary technician and have 6+ years of pet sitting under my belt. I also have a private mobile nail trimming business that I run part time on the side, I have a pretty large client base with many references from that. I am comfortable working with pets of all shapes and sizes, and don’t have a problem working with pets that may have behavioral concerns. I can administer medications and even care for pets with serious medical needs. I am currently working full time at a veterinary hospital but I have 4 days off per week for all day service and can make home stops in the AM before work and PM after work. Unfortunately at this time I do not offer services in my own home - I have two dogs and two cats of my own, and one of my dogs is elderly and extremely grouchy so bringing in outside pets is not an option for our household. I just recently had a baby so I am no longer offering overnights unless it’s a single overnight. My typical client hires me to stop in 2-3 times daily to feed, walk, medicate, and play with their pets! I also offer dog walking services and mobile nail trimming/basic grooming!
