About: I have 8+ years of experience in a variety of animal work: shelter volunteer work, employment at a dog and cat daycare, dog-sitting, overnight house sitting, cat-sitting, and dog-walking. With this experience, I’m no stranger to any special request for your pet! I’ve had plenty of exposure to dogs and cats and a variety of breeds, sizes, ages, temperaments, personalities, and physical and mental accommodations. So no worries! No request is too big or too small. I strive to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible as well as keeping you informed and up to date! I have a side baking business and I decorate and deliver on weekends depending on orders, but I can easily work around that schedule if needed. I have a wooden fence around the patio in my townhome and I live in a nice complex with trustworthy neighbors. I also live less than half a mile from a couple local parks, so I could walk your dog to and from there! My roommate has a sociable, spayed husky who is only there on weekends. If you’re uncomfortable with another dog at my home, I can make sure they’re separated with a dog gate if preferred. Our house has 2 stories so each would have plenty of room to themselves. I also try to accommodate my client’s financial expectations. We can discuss rates if needed and I am more than happy to adjust accordingly and reasonably for your comfort. Please keep in mind that I only make 80% of my posted rates, so I try to keep any doggy day care requests that are longer than 8 hours around my current rate of $88 (aka $70.40 after fees) because it’s already only $8.80 per hour.
