About: We are a family of 4 who all love animals. Shauna has had cats, dogs, and horses her whole life and is known for rescuing and rehabbing strays and injured critters, wild and domestic. She has experience bottle feeding feral kittens, training puppies, giving insulin shots to diabetic cats, and caring for senior dogs at end stages of life. The girls are 13 and 16. They have lots of experience with their own pets and caring for neighbors’ pets and are very comfortable around dogs of all sizes. We currently have one very friendly Golden Retriever puppy (1 year) and a cat who steers clear of the pup. Shauna works full time, working from home most days. Dan works part time. One or both of us are home every day. We also have responsible teen daughters who love to play with dogs! We have a large, fenced grassy yard, our downstairs is all hardwood flooring with a dog door for 24/7 access to outside, and we have baby gates to keep dogs from going upstairs. Your dog will be treated like part of the family. We live across from a fully fenced school park which is a great place to go play fetch in the evenings.

“Kristi has been a life saver with watching my dog bourbon. She’s a true dog whisperer as my dog can be a little hesitant around people he doesn’t know. She has more than once been flexible with me when booking last minute trips or adjusting pick up times. She keeps bourbon happy and active and when I pick him up he doesn’t have that depression stage he went through when I left him at Dogtopia and other sitters. Although he definitely is tuckered out he’s his happy self. I can’t recommend her enough!”
