“Nancy is our first Rover pet care specialist and she did not disappoint. Outstanding communication, well organized, very personable. We are in the area for a few days as part of an Airstream caravan and had a long bus day into the city, leaving our Shiba alone for nearly 11 hours. Nancy proposed a meet and greet on short notice and also handled a reschedule (we decided to have her come by and walk Chewie twice versus once). Nancy understood the quirkiness of actually getting into our trailer as well as some of our hints to get Chewie to be interested in walking with her. Chewie, a guarded nine year old Shiba Inu who is basically our fourth child, took to Nancy like she was part of the family. We very much enjoyed the reports today of her interactions with Chewie as well the plethora of photos that captured Chewie better than we’ve been able to. I cannot say enough good things about Nancy. I wish her the best and anyone who is looking for someone through Rover to walk or check up on their pet can rest assured their pet or pets will be in the best of hands with Nancy.”

About: i’ve owned 2 cats for 3 years and many more to come! i make sure to do the common duties as a pet owner from feeding to playing!! while i don’t own a dog of my own, im sure i can provided the best service to the best of my ability! :) i am a full time college student as well as i work part time at a job. i am free monday through thursday’s after 4pm! i own a quiet and friendly cat, as well as i have a lot of cat toys. my entire family are cat lovers and we take care of our cat like it’s a part of family.

About: Taking care of pets has been my passion for many years. I’ve always taken care of other animals as if they were my own fuzzy family member and promise to provide the same to your pets. My primary type of care is with American bully’ breeds, but also have experience with smaller and larger dogs as well. As someone who has an incredibly flexible work schedule, I am able to easily coordinate care for not only my pets, but yours as well! I will provide your pets with the highest quality care and love that all pets deserve. They will get the much needed attention and care, whether it be medication administration for an older dog, or getting the zoomies out for your active pup. Walks are typically around a mile long, but can be adjusted based on each pets requirements. I can take them on jogs as well if that is what they prefer.

About: I'm available Friday-Sunday and would be able to give your dog all the attention, I've done dog sitting and walking since I was 12 for my neighbors but would love to expand now. I can provide food and any specific requests and go out for walks. I am able to travel so we can go for long walks or to dog parks and I’m also available to just check up anytime! I especially love going on long walks so your little guy or girl will definitely have a great time! Depending on the days and times I can also watch dog sit from my house as long as time permits. Regardless I am always happy to take care of your pets whenever it’s needed! I currently work full-time but miss do sitting every day as it is my favorite type of work because it doesn’t even feel like it! Although I am unable to care for pets in my home, I treat your home with the up most respect and take care of your pet as if they were my own.

I loved caring for him full time and now hope to have the opportunity to care for your pup part time. I am a patient walker — even if that means infinite stops to sniff stuff. Will always speak to them as I would to a human child. Plus, no human children in household only your pet child. Can help with potty training and social/public anxiety relief. Guaranteed good belly rubs, affection, and fresh bowl of water/food at all times under my care. I’d be thrilled to take very photogenic pictures of them and send them your way along with updates. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any additional questions and/or concerns. I am a remote employee and am home 100% of the time with your pet. Pups are welcomed to join me for a day of work, enjoy window views (bark at delivery drivers) and take all the naps desired. Sliding door for them to look outside while inside. Indoor cameras to keep an eye on pup if up to trouble from my office. Designated space in the living room, kitchen, office, and loft for them. This is our home, and we hope to make your pup feel right at home too—pups are allowed on all furniture (couches, human beds). My partner Martin also lives here—he’s a very loving caretaker of dogs and often helps keep them busy on weekends or when he’s not at work.

About: I have taken care of animals most of my life. I currently have 5 animals myself so I know how each one of your fur babies requires special care. I would treat them as my own and look after them with the utmost care. I am currently available most days and times. All I ask is a few hours heads up so i can get everything situated. Same day requests are available and im willing to meet before hand so you could get to know me. I have a fenced in yard. I have 4 dogs and a cat that are all trained to be around other dogs and cats. I also have 2 animals that are on medication so I'm used to making sure everyone gets their proper medications on time.

About: I've always loved taking care of dogs. Since I was 10 years old, I've been walking, feeding, bathing, and watching over dogs of all sizes. My neighbors, friends, and family have always trusted me to take care of their furry friends, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I know how to teach dogs basic manners and make sure they feel comfortable and safe with me while their owners are away. It brings me so much joy to spend time with these amazing animals and help them stay happy and healthy. I'm currently working in a clinic as a phlebotomist as I study for my sports medicine board certification exam. It's definitely a lot to juggle, but thankfully I have more free time than I know what to do with. My work schedule is pretty consistent, so you don't have to worry about any sudden changes in my routine. For me, my fur babies love nothing more than playing with their toys, going on new adventures, and playing catch in an open lot. Luckily, I live close enough to a variety of outdoor trails that my dogs always enjoy walking through and near a handful of parks allowing them to run free or play catch. When watching someone else's four-legged friend I do my best to stay within that animal's daily routine so that when their owners are to return neither party has any unexpected behavior. Before trying anything that may be new to the animals I always make sure to check with their owners so I know they are comfortable with my actions.

I have experience in the grooming industry as well as working at a veterinary office and taking minor training courses. About: Please read all the way through before booking! Most weekdays are currently unavailable for more bookings due to the nature of my work schedule. I will also be unavailable July 11-14, 25-27, and August 1-3. I am open to sitting for all types of animals! I love to be outdoors, so walking and playing with your pet will be a treat for both me and them. I’m also cool with a little snuggle bug watching tv on the couch! I’ve walked and spent time with dogs of all shapes and sizes through volunteer work at a shelter in SK. You can count on me to love your pet as my own while I’m with them. I have no problem giving medication or any other special needs your dog might have. - I require meet & greets. - All pets must be up to date on vaccines. - All pets must be in generally good health. - I am not able to offer constant care during daytime hours on weekdays. (Additional costs will be applied for constant care). - Please let me know all about their personality, quirks, and habits! House Sitting notes: Every sitter uses this service a bit differently. For my services, house sitting = staying overnight in your home and caring for the pet between 5pm - 8am and 1 drop in around noon. Any additional needs require additional drop-in costs because I am not able to stay in your home the entire day (I must care for my own pet and another client daily). Don’t hesitate to ask questions if you have any! I'd love to hang out with your pet and work out a schedule! I’m currently not employed full-time so I’m available at most times of day! I have another dog I walk regularly outside of rover between 12-1 on weekdays. My home has a fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play, our house is small but we live in a quiet neighborhood with lots of good places to walk and sniff!

About: I grew up with a Great Pyrenees, a Bichon Frise and 2 cats. Since then I have had many beloved pets of my own. I have cared for them through all stages of life, in sickness and in health. I feel completely comfortable with any medications or extra care your fur baby may require. Over the years I have cared for many of my friend's and neighbor's pets when they have been out of town. I have also groomed friend's and neighbor's animals, including nail trimming, toothbrushing and ear cleaning. I love to walk, and be outside, a game of fetch, yes please! I will care for your pets as if they were my own! I have recently moved back from Florida to Chicago. Shortly after my beloved dog Arby lost her battle to lymphoma. I miss our 2 hour morning and afternoon game of catch. I have open availability, and can care for your pets whenever the need be. I have 2 cats that have grown up around dogs and kids, they are both up in age, but are super friendly and very chill. I have a fenced in yard. I love to walk and play catch. I don't mind having to clean up an accident, and feel comfortable caring for animals that require some extra TLC.
