Woofy (our dog!) took to him right away (which isn't typical with new people) - and Dalvane was incredibly responsive, responsible, and caring. We got lots of pictures of them on walks, hanging out in the apartment together, and having a good time. We felt totally at ease knowing what good hands Woofy was in - and we will 100% be working him Dalvane again. We feel lucky to have found him!!”

About: I have had pets all my life, including dogs, cats, turtles, lizards and fish. I used to consistently volunteer at an animal shelter, and overall am just extremely passionate about animals and their wellbeing. I began to pet sit (animals other than my own) about 6 years ago. I was referred by a family friend, and ever since then, whenever I home from college I am watching someone's pet! This has become less often since I am not home a lot as I am a full-time college student, but I would like to get back into it. Especially because I miss my own furry friends at home! I am a full-time college student, and have a part-time job. My schedule is pretty loose, though, so I will likely always have time to walk your dog, feed your cat or whatever else you need! I have dealt with a variety of animals throughout my life, including ones that are scared or a bit too energetic. I am a patient person, and am willing to make sure your pets are comfortable with me in whatever way.

About: I’ve lived with dogs my whole life and just recently raised a puppy of my own. He is a very well trained dog, so I have some fresh tips and tricks if needed. I am confident I will take wonderful care of any dog- any size and any age! New to rover but not new to taking care of dogs! I’m currently taking a summer break- I recently finished up a residency and pharmacy degree, so I am looking forward to having some time off this summer. I have a few trips planned, but otherwise I will be home every day to be able to provide the best care for your pups. I have a securely fenced in yard along with a young pup who just turned 1 years old. He is very friendly and would love to have a friend to play with during the day. I also have a cat who mainly just sticks to himself during the day- please no dogs who are not safe around cats.

About: For a decade I’ve been caring for and helping families with their pets. Ranging from farm animals to house pets, it’s important to read their body language and keep their routine constant. I have experience in early childhood education as well as Behavioral Therapy that is utilized in zoos all across the nation. I can’t wait to meet you furry family member(s)! I am currently getting enrolled in school remotely to further my credentials in SLP. In this “hurry up and wait” stage I’m looking forward to meet and assist taking care of the glue that holds your household together. Currently, I have 2 large, high energy pups, so I have great experience handling multiple dogs, dogs who need to focus on a job while walking, as well as strong doggos with squirrel impulse. I am very detail oriented and adept with multiple step health care routines for small animals. Being the caregiver to leopard geckos and freshwater fish makes me aware of several factors including, but not limited to temperature, ph, and nitrates that need to be consistently monitored when looking after aquariums, amphibians and reptiles. About: I have been a volunteer at Lake Humane Society for 2+ years, and I also worked on their adoption team for over a year. I have also been pet sitting for friends and family for many years now, and I also own cats and fish!! I am currently available for pet sitting Monday through Friday, and I can also manage some weekends as well, and if needed I can do some holidays! I have experience with dog crate training, experience with giving dogs and cats medication, and I am also able to walk dogs, let them outside in a fenced area, or put them on outdoor leads. I also have lots of experience feeding multiple animals at a time as well.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was a kid. From my own pets, to family members' and neighbors' pets. I do have an AS degree in Animal Health and before college I was a dog groomer. I enjoy making furry friends. I am currently work remotely for myself. Therefore, I have plenty of time to play with and care for your pets. I am available anytime. When caring for your pets in your home, I will stick to their regular routines and schedules, while providing them some extra time and attention.

Our dog ended up peeing on the upstairs carpet multiple times while we were away and he took the initiative to clean it up for us. If I am boarding / house sitting I need to be set up by 8AM and my work day is done by 5pm. Each pet is different and will have different needs. I do my best to adhere to those needs. inside the home pets are free to roam around designated areas, which are kept clean and pet friendly. I never take pets outdoors without their leash as anything could happen, we also have other pets in the area so to avoid any issues i always keep those in my care close by!

About: I have potty trained numerous puppies/dogs, I Know a lot of good trails and pet parks to make sure your dog is active. I have volunteered at three shelters since i was 16 years old. And i just love animals 😛 I am Currently a student and I also work part time, so I will be available whenever you need me or wherever you need me. I always have extra crates , toys and treats(obviously if the puppers parents allow if they can eat the treats) I know a good dog park as well. I’m no Cesar Milan, but I do have some basic understanding on dogs behavior and how to approach them. With that said, for everyone’s safety, during walks I will do my best to avoid new dog interactions on walks (you also never know what the other dog may be like!), and would like to meet your dog prior, if possible if I will be doing drop in visits while you are away. I can also provide pictures if you would like.
