I stayed at a dog friendly hotel but even going for breakfast made my puppy very anxious alone in the room we decided to use over for the first time and I urgently contacted Darius. He was very prompt to respond and accommodated everything. He was very vigilant for for example I feed my dog fresh food, which I forgot to tell him, but he had already put the food in the fridge. He has a very sweet and loving puppy, and I could visibly see mylo happy. If I ever returned to Houston, Darius is my guy. Milo has never been around strangers, but he was extremely comfortable with Darius. He also sent updates every so often and was prompted to answer anything I asked. I don’t think twice.”

I am currently working a part-time job on the weekends, so I am free Monday through Friday for pet sit throughout the day or on-boarding overnight. My apartment offers a fenced dog park and I have two friendly fur babies to keep your pup company. I can also crate your dog if needed.

About: I’m versatile and great with all pets: big dogs, shy cats, even birds. I treat them like my own and I follow any routine needed. I just graduated from high school and will start college this fall. Until then, I’d love to help pet owners find someone they can truly trust. I give pets my full attention—playing with them, feeding them, and making sure they’re comfortable. At my place, there’s a fenced yard if they enjoy being outside, and inside, my cat Ónix is always ready to spend some time with them.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs from a young age of various breeds, with various needs. I was able to train my dog (rescue German shepherd) to perform several tricks, as well as teach him bite inhibition! We also promise to only take in one family’s pets at a time, so your pet will receive both of our undivided attention and avoid additional stressors being in a new environment! We are students, so we have ample time to take care of your pets! We live in a beautiful area and can take your dogs on walks that are best suited to their needs, and adjust if they are reactive. We also have no other pets, so 100% of our attention will be focused on your animal. Our schedules are pretty flexible, so please feel free to reach out even if you see a day marked unavailable (especially a weekday), and we may be able to make something work! We are also willing to work with unconventional schedules, such as those of a healthcare worker (long shifts, early drop offs, late pick ups, etc.) We also will only take in dogs from one family at a time, so your pet(s) will receive our undivided attention and have minimal stressors during their stay! We have a fenced area for dogs to use the bathroom safely within the property. Our apartment space is very safe and dog friendly. We also promise to respond to all communication with 3 hours during the day, and will provide you with 2 updates with pictures per day as well so you feel comforted knowing your dog is safe and well taken care of! We will go out of our way to make sure your pet can stick to their regular schedule and stay as content as possible without you there! We are excited to welcome your pets into our home :)
