Jeremy is great! He takes really good care of our cats. They love him too!

Jeremy provided service for me 3 adult cats over the thanksgiving holiday. They were fed, watered and kept safe. Poor rating is being given because the litter boxes weee not kept clean. I had given verbal instructions on his intitial visit that because I use wood pellets they do not clump for scooping urine. So I change out the litter completely ever other day. I sent a text asking why he hadn’t changed the litter out because I came home to a smelling house and very full boxes. He replied that he had requested that written care instructions be left. Which I gladly would have provided in step by step detail if request had been made. He also replied that his other clients who use wood pellets just have him scoop and that was what he did. Unknown to Jeremy; Wednesday morning (day we left) is garbage pick up day. So our outside bin only had the one garbage bag from the litter change I do. No other trash bags are present in the can and I did provide trash bags for his use. So unless Jeremy took the waste home with him; the evidence shows that the litter wasn’t changed. So I cannot in good faith chock this up to a lack of communication, but to flat out poor service. Jeremy did offer to have Rover provide a refund. I will not request as time was given to some care. This poor review of service and lack of any tip will suffice and I will use a different sitter in the future.

Jeremy did a great job taking care of my geriatric cat - sent pictures and I was so happy he was there to make sure Sebastion was OK while we were gone.

This was our first time leaving our pugs with a dog sitter and Jeremy did a great job! They loved him right off at the meet and greet you can tell he loves dogs. Will definitely book him again in the future.

Our dogs had a great time with Jermey B. The photos he shared of each visit eased our minds and showed that our dogs had just as much fun as we had on our vacation. I would definitely use Jermey again.
