Heidi is tremendous! She is caring and patient and won over my nervous dog in less than a minute. She took him on a nice walk and he was delighted to see her again on day two!

We don't have kids so our pups are our babies. I've never had anyone that I didn't personally know watch my dogs, so the whole idea of Rover made me nervous. That was until I met Heidi! She came to our house to do a meet and great. My one dog loved her right away, our other puppy had only been around us. He was so nervous and shy to see another human. I knew with in the first few minutes we found not only a pet sitter but they next best thing to us to be with our pups. She knew exactly how to handle our shy dog. Her expertise in handling dogs surpasses any expectation I could of had. Needless to say our shy pups loves her, I think more than us! lol! I actually didn't want to put a review because I want her to always be available for us ! lol I decided that was selfish and other crazy dog owners deserve to have the security of someone like her watching their babies. She truly loves dogs and what she does!

I have a new rescue pup, and Heidi was so nice and patient with him. He is nervous when people come to the house and will cause a big fuss. Heidi came by for a meet and greet, and spent a good amount of time just hanging out with him to gain his trust and let him know he didn't need to be afraid of her. She came by to walk him the following day and all went well. So glad to have met her and will definitely hire her again!

If you get the chance, hire Heidi straight away! She watched our three dogs (adult, medium sized, and energetic) for almost two weeks and did a phenomenal job. Heidi let them out regularly and took great care of them- we got regular updates, including texts and photos which I really, really appreciated. Heidi also took amazing care of our home during her stay. Everything was neat, tidy, and she went above and beyond in her attention to detail and professionalism.
