This is my first time to have a Drop-in visits on Rover, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Amanda would patiently and promptly respond to me after my emergency appointment and promised me to have her come to my home earlier! What stood out to me the most was the level of care and attention Amanda provided to my pet.It was evident that they genuinely love animals and went above and beyond to ensure my pet was comfortable, happy, and well-cared for in my absence. She sent me updates and photos during their visit, which was a comforting touch that really set my mind at ease.
Amanda truly is the cat whisperer. Phoebe is always happy and healthy when I return from trips! I appreciate the peace of mind that booking Amanda gives me. I am able to enjoy my trips with no worries.
Amanda watched Matty as a 12 week old puppy still getting accustomed to her house and surroundings and was absolutely amazing. The consistent updates and just overall care that was taken is something I am extremely thankful for and will definitely be working with Amanda again in the future.
