About: I am not currently working so I have all the time in the world to dedicate to the pups! In general I'm quite flexible, I like to fly by the seat of my pants. Within the past 9 years my brother got a Basset Hound, (who has since passed), my parents got a German Shepherd, (who has since passed), and I got a Shepherd/Hound rescue pup. Man so I miss having pup around! I've quickly become the dog sitter because I like dogs more than people! I am very comfortable with big dogs and open to working with smaller dogs. I love taking long walks with the pups. If the dog is willing I love to teach them new things! I have all of the patience in the world for dogs. They are and will always be my number one priority at all times. I will respect and follow any rules or guidelines you have knowing full well how much work goes into training and wouldn't want to cause any set backs. I'm a stay at home mom of a 5 year boy. He goes everywhere with me and is also amazing with dogs. So if your dog just needs some company or a nice walk, I'm your girl! I care for any pet as if it were my own. Any specific directions given to me will be followed to a "T". I know how important pets are and I treat them as such.

About: I’ve taken care of my neighbor’s dogs for many years. I make sure to walk them every day with a balanced meal. I will bathe your dog if requested or as needed. I’m a recent college graduate so I’m available most of the week. I’m ready to devote myself to giving care to animals and I love spending time with them. I live in an apartment with my partner and our two cats so, I’ll only be able to provide services at the client’s house. I will take the dog on leash if there is no fence. I have worked in animal clinic in the kennel so I experience with crating dogs at night. I additionally love spending time with cats and will play with them. I like to meet cats where they are at and not push their boundaries.

“Stormy had a wonderful couple of visits with Sandy! Kind, considerate, and passionate about pets (the animal and the act), you simply cannot ask for a better cat sitter. Thanks Sandy!!”

I've had my two Maltese dogs for 9 amazing years, and they truly are my whole world! My journey with animals started when I was a child with my first pet, a sweet pitbull who was my constant companion. As I grew up, I discovered just how easily I bond with animals, which has only deepened my love for them. Right now, I have a female Maltese named Luna and a male Maltese named Christmas (but we call him Chris). I adore all kinds of animals, big and small! My goal is to provide a true calm and relaxed "home away from home” environment for every tail that walks through my door💕. Which means your pet will be treated like family-whether staying at my home or coming with me to work. Please note that I only take 1 household pet(s) at a time. Quality over quantity always! PLEASE make sure your pets are current on Rabies, Bordetella, and free of fleas/ticks. Thank you! I truly believe in keeping my clients' pets company, which is why I never leave them alone at home. Taking care of your furry friends is my passion, and I make sure your pets are always by my side, even at work. Yes, you read that correctly! I’m originally from NYC but moved to the Albany area six years ago to be closer to my family. I graduated from Mercy University in 2023 with a degree in Behavioral Science, and I'm currently working towards my dream career as a Real Estate Investor! When I'm not busy with pets or work, I love hitting the gym, diving into a good book, exploring new restaurants, and enjoying quality time with my family and furry pals. I work from 8:30am- 5pm. But your pets will be with me at work or at home if I’m working remotely. Thoughout the day, I will take my client’s pets out for a walk around the neighborhood or a hike in a local park. (If your dog enjoys being around other dogs, I usually take them to a local dog park where they can run and play freely!) AND BEST OF ALL… Spend some quiet time together. Cuddle on the couch and give a gentle massage to help them relax! A little note for my wonderful repeat clients: Once you’re comfortable, I’m happy to offer convenient off-app payment options like Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Looking forward to taking care of your pets! For my client's pets - I send detailed updates throughout the day with very high-quality photos. If I'm providing 24-hour care, I'll send three quality updates (morning, afternoon, and evening). I like to keep my clients in the loop and connected to their pets in a way that relieves worry. I make sure that all pets are walked, fed, have water throughout the day, and receive lots of love/care! Since I have pets of my own, I like to watch body language and (if needed) I separate dogs if they seem uncomfortable or they aren’t understanding another dog’s language. It doesn’t happen often, but it does happen and the goal is to keep everyone safe.
