“Alexis went above and beyond on the tasks requested and even stayed extra time with my cats which was very kind of her! She was punctual and responsible and my cats warmed up to her immediately. I was able to have peace of mind during my trip. I would definitely rebook with Alexis and recommend her to anyone looking for pet care.”

“Victoria was just wonderful. We had never used Rover before and to be honest we hardly traveled because we worried about leaving our cat. Finley is usually very leery of people he doesn't know, but he seemed very comfortable with Victoria from the start. Her messages and photos were very reassuring and he seemed very relaxed and content when we returned home. We were debating another longer trip and now plan to go because we have peace of mind in knowing that we have Victoria to look after Finley.”

“Oh my goodness Kim is a phenomenal cat sitter!! We came back from a 6 day trip and our picky senior cats acted like we’d never been gone. She sent great pics of them each day so I could see all the love and attention they were getting. Kim was also kind enough to handle mail and packages, and even left us a lovely welcome home treat. We’ve had mixed experiences with others in the past and it’s comforting to find someone who treats your pets and home so thoughtfully. So glad we found her!”

“Erika is the best. She always takes care to make sure our pets have the best experience. Thank you for dropping in to feed our cats, and give one of them medicine. We feel so secure trusting Erika with our home and pets.”

About: Growing up, my family always had pets in the house so I've been an animal lover literally since the day I was born! Since I was around 12 years old, I have been the go-to pet sitter and dog walker for friends and family, so I have roughly 15 years of experience caring for other people's furry and scaly family members! I've personally had dogs, cats, and guinea pigs all throughout my life and I've also helped roommates and neighbors care for pets of all kinds. Over the years, I've learned how to feed, administer medications, and recognize behavior patterns for all the animals I've cared for and am always eager to learn more! I currently have a senior, rescue pup named Ravioli and a 7 year old guinea pig named Stitch. My pets are my world, so I understand the need to find quality, reliable care for your babies and would love to provide that peace of mind for you. I'm currently an art teacher at a local public high school and previously worked as a playroom attendant at a doggie daycare for 3 years. Because of this, I have a lot of experience working with dogs of all ages/sizes/breeds/temperaments and have learned a lot about dog behavior, basic first aid, and standard "spa" treatment like bathing, nail, ear, and teeth care. From shy and anxious to bouncing off the walls with excitement, I've worked with and loved them all, so you can feel confident knowing your pet is in great hands! I also worked as a summer camp director and instructor for over 5 years, teaching classes that include small animal care, outdoor adventure skills, and swim and water safety among other things. I am first aid certified and LOVE to go on adventures outdoors, especially with a pup or two in tow! I'm more than happy to meet your pet at the activity level that best fits them, whether that means going on long, exciting walks or lounging in the shade! All that to say, I've never met an animal that I didn't love, so I would love to meet you and your pets, no matter their size or species! I am currently a full time art teacher at a local public high school, so I am currently out on summer break and looking for ways to fill my time. Until school starts back, I am available at almost any day at any time to check in on your pets or take them for walks! While I don't offer services in my own home, I would be happy to check in on your pets in your home! I've been a pet sitter/walker since I was 12 years old, so I have a lot of experience working with pets in other people's homes. The safety of your pets and home are of utmost importance to me! I always double and triple check that all crates/cages and doors are locked, and all else restored to its original state prior to leaving. This includes refilling food and water if needed, turning on or off lights to your preference, and cleaning up after pets should any accidents occur. I am also happy to transport pets in my car to go to appointments, daycare, or on fun adventures! I keep my vehicle clean and orderly at all times, so there is limited opportunity for pets to get into something they shouldn't. I also ensure your pets' safety by making sure they are safely secured before starting the vehicle and by driving with caution and control at all times.

“Connor was amazingly accommodating and came through for my pup on very short notice! I was so grateful to have his help and found him to be extremely professional and communicative. I will definitely be asking Connor to come back!”

“I have two small kittens that I had to leave for a week. They stayed with Riley all week and looked very content and happy in the pictures I received. Riley’s veterinary experience was also a huge peace of mind. Would recommend to anyone!”

“Stephanie is absolutely awesome! She took very good care of Ficus, my kitten. Her communication throughout the whole process was top notch. And, she sent pictures each day keeping me up to date of how he was doing. I’m so appreciative.”

About: I've had dogs since I can remember. My fiancé watched dogs in the past with rover and I would always help. Take the dogs to the park on my days off, play outside, and train them when needed. I am currently on veterans disability so I can focus my whole day to your furry friend. No worry about being stuck in all day. I have 5 acres of yard for them to play on. I have lots of space if needed, room for crates, room outside. Plenty of space so your furry friend won't feel trapped. My animals mind their own.

“Bree is a total pro! Our senior cats are fussy and wary of new people but they were relaxed with her from the start. She took great care of them and our house, and sent thorough updates and pics. We’ll definitely book her again.”

“Alexandra took such good care of my brand new puppy and was such a good sport. Can’t express how thankful I am for how much help she was. My pup loved her and it was awesome to find someone I could trust entirely!”

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was seven years old. My family had two kittens that I cared for and I was responsible for pet sitting other fur babies in the neighborhood growing up. I also attended many animal science/nature camps growing up, it’s where I got my first hermit crab! I also know the Heimlich maneuver for both cats and dogs. In my junior year of high school I applied and was accepted to the HOSA veterinary science program where I graduated in the National Honors Society. Shortly after graduation, I started working at a veterinary hospital as a veterinary assistant. My job was to help restrain animals for exams/shots, organize medications, prepare/read fecal slides and determine if intestinal parasites are present, collect urine samples, and provide basic care. Overall I have had personal experience caring for dogs/puppies, cats/kittens, goats, horses, hamsters, chickens/chicks, pigs, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, ferrets, chinchillas, birds, lizards, snakes, frogs, turtles, hermit crabs, and axolotls. I am currently a student in nursing school and am working as a part time server. I only have classes two days a week on Monday (6 AM - 6 PM) and Tuesday (8:30 AM - 11:15 AM) and work a couple hours 2 evenings a week, but can take off if needed for services. I like to learn about their daily routine and what they like to do for fun so and incorporate those things into our routine while clients are gone, so pets feel safe and relaxed while their family isn’t there.

“Tiffani is very knowledgeable about dogs and very professional and friendly! You can tell she cares about dogs and their welfare. We recommend Tiffani for your fur babies and look forward to having her take care of our Maverick again!”

Plain View cat parents share their Rover experiences
Paula was absolutely amazing with my two shy kitties while I was away on a 2 week trip. They normally love to stay hidden when a new person is visiting the house but Paula was able to befriend and medicate both of them on each visit. I know that this was due to her sweetness and patience with both cats. It was such a relief to know that they were in good hands while I was away! Thank you again Paula! 🩷
