About: I have grown up with cats and dogs, two dogs and 4 cats over my lifetime. Both outdoor indoor pets and I am very active with them. Pets need love and support from us as much as we need it from them. I spent three years volunteering at the Oregon zoo working with animals. I am flexible and creative, easily adapting to pet's needs. I am also patient and calm with them. I have loved animals since I was a kid. I refused to hit a piñata at a party because it was animal shaped. I will love your pets as if they are my own. I am always happiest when I am around pets. I work from home on a salaried basis, so my schedule is flexible. Especially from early morning until 3pm. I can do quick drop ins and/or long stays if they need a little interaction. I pay attention to location of plants, making sure they are out of reach and not a hazard to pets. I make sure all toys left out are safe, not too small to chock on. Making sure toys don't have anything to tangle up with. I'll watch to make sure pets don't eat too fast and get sick.

About: My whole life I have spent time around dogs and cats, making my experience personal to me. I have raised two kittens, seen one elderly cat of mine pass, and I also raised a puppy! Animals need our patience and grace, and I have learned this with time. I know how to administer certain medications your fur baby may need, such as eyedrops, liquid medicine, pills, or anything of that nature. I am willing to listen to you and your pet's needs and I promise to provide the best care to your cat/dog! I have pet sit for around 2 years, checking in with each pet 2-3 times a day per what the owner expects. I am willing to have quality visits with your pets! I am currently a student, making my summer schedule and winter break very open! I am free from June of 2025 to September 2025, as well as December 2025-January 2026. I understand that there can be great stress involved with leaving your pet at home, so I know that following a certain routine can be helpful. If the service includes me coming to your home 2-3 times daily, I will make sure to come at the same time with each visit so it is not as shocking for your pet. If your pet needs any form of medication at specific times, this is even more of a priority for me!

I have taken dog training classes with my own dog, which taught me a lot. I am here to help your furry family members however I can! Please reach out with any availability questions! If you are close enough to my place of work, I am happy to visit for your animals potty breaks on my own break time. I am also happy to do evening walks during weekdays. And grandma to my sons cat (Morris), 5 years old, also well behaved, most of the time. I am semi retired and have plenty of time to play, walk and attend to their needs! Lots of patience. Will take videos to send while your away.Adult son, Khayden is also very good with animals and is always willing to share with the tasks of taking care of them along with lots of TLC! Very safe environment, make sure they feel at home! Keep them busy playing as they will be missing you so much! Gives them lots of hugs and kisses!
About: We are Rivercrest Bark: Aaron, Dawne and Charlie (10). We have been right where you are, scouring Rover, stressed about finding the ideal fit. We are committed to providing a loving and comfortable home away from home for your dog and an stress-free experience for you. Nina loves to play with other dogs but enjoys being lazy and basking in the sun as well. Our home is ideal for small dogs, but we could accommodate medium dogs on a case-by-case basis. Tell us more your dog(s). Dawne works from home and has plenty of flexibility in her work schedule for snuggles, bathroom breaks, walks or playtime. Charlie attends school but will no doubt be counting down the hours to get home to play with our visitors. Aaron works outside of the home 4 days a week but walks in the AM. We have a large park down the street from our house as well. Our home is quaint, and we've got a fenced front and back yard with plenty of space for exploring. We have security cameras in our front and backyard. Dogs will not be left alone outside without supervision unless you state otherwise. Please note: the Rover guarantee is quite limited. We are insured with Pet Care Insurance as well. We are so lucky to have repeat visitors frequently. On occasion we may have 2-3 visitors at a time. They are typically sibling dogs + a dog from another household. We take full consideration of the compatibility & safety of overlapping visitors. We want parents & pups to feel at ease.
