This is our second time using Rocio and she has been amazing! Our dog is older now, without her sister for the first time and has some senior dog physical issues and Rocio was so attentive to our instructions and patient, she completely put our minds at ease. She sent us plenty of pictures and messages and was always very prompt with her responses if we had any questions or concerns. She went above and beyond with Gigi being there for three weeks by giving her a bath and we are so grateful to her and her family. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
Cody is a true gem! I can’t say enough good things about about the attentive and consistent care my dog received.. From the moment we met, I felt completely at ease leaving my dog in their care. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly have a natural connection with animals. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. I can’t say enough good things about my experience as a dog owner with Sophia, who cared for my dog in her home for about a week. My dog is a senior of 14 years and needs a gentle touch and extra attention. Sophia was wonderful with my dog, very good with communicating with me, sent daily photos and updates, and providing a level of professionalism and attention that I have not experienced with previous dog sitters. I would happily use Sophia again to care for my dog and I highly recommend her!
We left our dog with Rafael while we were away, and overall, it was a great experience. It was clear our pup was well cared for and happy—the sweetest part was seeing how they said goodbye. Our dog clearly liked him and his own dog PJ and had built a genuine connection, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We’re really grateful for the care and would absolutely trust him again in the future!
Jennifer took wonderful care of our dogs. She was communicative, and treated them like her own. She sent us daily pictures/videos and took them on daily walks. Drop off and pick up exchanges were easy, and she accommodated our late pick-up after our flight was delayed. We highly recommend Jennifer and will ask her take care of our dogs in the future.
I am so happy to have met Maria and her pup, Milo! Maria is very thoughtful and communicative, and Milo is very sweet and easy going. I knew Lucy was in great hands and she came home very happy. I would love to leave Lucy with Maria and Milo again the next time I have to leave town!
Christian and his wife were wonderful, loving sitters to my Cookie. I was gone for a week and he sent me videos regularly. Cookie was clean and happy when I picked her up. Their apartment is quite small so it’s more appropriate for a little dog. However, they have a fenced in yard where the dogs have ample space to play outside. Overall, a very good boarding experience with Christian and Jennifer.
Julie, Micha and the rest of the family looked after our dog as if it was their own dog. For us it was the first time to leave Bundu with other people and we honestly were a little bit worried if it would go well. Every day after we left we saw that Bundu got more and more confident and that she was having a great time with other dogs and with the great care of Julie and her family. Thank you so much for looking after Bundu. Always again.
I would definitely rebook! I had a same day booking and I was told usually they do a meet and greet beforehand but was willing to accommodate us. We still did one prior to the scheduled drop off time as Dufus is wary of men but it went well and we were able to book! They were very patient and took their time with Dufus and treated him as if he was their own and I appreciate that! Dufus was afraid of the stairs and elevator (as it was his first time for both) and they communicated with us throughout and we were able to find a solution. No complaints here! Just as it said in their bio, they are coming from the perspective of pet owners/parents not just a sitter. Would recommend!
