About: 🐱🐶 Animals have been my whole world my whole life! I have experience with a variety of animals from fish 🐠 to turtles🐢 as well as dogs🐕 and cats🐈⬛. I use positive reinforcement training techniques with our three rescue dogs and I use worship all cats techniques with our cats 😆. I am comfortable and familiar with the needs of puppies and kittens as well as senior animals. So medication💊 and physical therapy💪 exercises are something I am happy to provide! I went to college for animal behavior and animal sciences and have a degree in Ecology 🌎 I completed a 2 year course in wildlife rehabilitation. I will treat your animals as if they were my own and that means they get the utmost care and attention. 🫡 I will respect and follow whatever your babies' needs and preferences are as well as yours when it comes to them and to your space. 💓 We love taking our dogs on all sorts of outdoor adventures but safety is always our top priorty⛰️🦺! I am great at reading animals and understanding the different personalities and quirks they each have so I can provide them with the best care that works for them 🧐 Every animal is different but they all deserve our best! I have a flexible schedule and my own car that allows me to be an adaptive and on call care giver. I don't mind late bookings or cancelations as I understand that things come up. I am new to rover and still figuring out what works best but am always willing to work with clients on what works best for them and their pets. Animals are my first priority but I also believe homes and personal spaces are sacred and I will always treat them with respect and attention. All animals are different so its important to use to always be aware of anything potentially unsafe. Our home is for animals first and there is nowhere they aren't allowed although animal guests and clients are always fully supervised to make sure they are safe and comfortable. Our home is very easy going and has a lot of space for different needs and comforts. In your home, I will defer to your personal preferences always.
About: I've taken care of all kinds of pets since I was a child. Fish, lizards, snakes and dogs and cats. I've had a lot of experience with senior care. I'm currently working overnights on the weekends, leaving my day time availability flexible for your needs. About: I am a playful dog watcher and will always be engaged when your dog is in my care! I have experience training puppies as well as training dogs who are older and need some more guidance. Size of a dog doesn't matter, I have experience with dogs that are bigger than 110+ pounds and that are as tall as my waist. I have owned all different types of breeds and have knowledge about certain care some breeds might need. I have experience with labs, poodles, mastiffs, pugs, spaniels, terriers, greyhounds, pitbulls, and more. I would absolutely love to get to know your furry friend and take them out on adventures or for a simple walk through town! Your pet will never be bored or unhappy while we're together! I am a local teacher and am very excited to watch awesome pups all summer! I am walking distance from downtown Bar Harbor! I will ask specifically what can and cannot happen on my day with your pup, if I have any plans to take them out I will let you know in advance. I also send dozens of photos all day to you :) Accomdating your pet into my schedule is a lot easier than one might assume! I work right in Bar Harbor! Just message me for availability! I thoroughly clean my space before your pets arrival and tidy up around so there will be no issues with accidental swallowing of random objects I am currently on summer vacation as a full time teacher! I am as free as a bird for the next month! I will begin full time teaching at the end of August and will only be available during after school hours starting at 4pm. My calendar will let you know if I am away or available! Whatever special accommodations your pet will need, I will provide. Just let me know! I'm super flexible with your needs. About: Beside always having family dogs and other pets growing up I’ve pet sat for friends, professors and even my own personal dog trainer. I love connecting with pets and helping make their days as fulfilled as they deserve. I work a very flexible five days a week job for a friend’s business. I generally have off Tuesdays and Wednesdays weekly and would love to add some more dogs into that routine. I won’t be able to care for any pets in my own home currency due to roommate preferences. But in your home I’d be happy to follow whatever guidelines you have to make your pet comfortable. I love working on basic training to support your current efforts if desired or just throwing the ball as part of their normal routine.

For boarding, My husband and I have a wonderful centrally located home in the Acadia region off the island. This summer I am taking a sabbatical to my career job which means more hiking, walks and freedom to spend time with your pet- with flexible scheduling :) While my home offers a wonderful spacious lawn and garden area for the pups with a secure 4' ht enclosed fence, pets are never left unattended in the area. Happy to board with your routine in mind in terms of crating or free range of our home and total pampering. Pet sitting at your home is welcome too!
