About: Meet and greets are required so that we can ensure that we are comfortable with one another (the pets and both of us!) I have been caring for animals my entire life. I was raised on a family farm in Southwest Minnesota. While growing up, my family raised sheep, horses, hogs, dogs and indirectly lots of barn cats! I was an avid 4-Her (and FFAer) and showed and cared for all of my respective animals. With my dogs, I participated in showmanship, agility and obedience training. I have also worked as an animal care helper/technician for Richmond SPCA in Virginia when I lived there for a while, as well as at Companions Animal Hospital in St. Cloud, MN. There I helped take care of hospitalized and boarded pets. This included birds, dogs, cats and some reptiles. We of course played with the animals, walked them, gave nail trims, brushed teeth, groomed, bathed, administered medications, and fed them. While working at Companions, I became certified in Low Stress Handling at the Silver level, and completed 20 hours of study both hands on and through videos and reading). I often go back to my family's homes and watch their pets as well as the farm animals when needed. I have trained my fair share of puppies, and my dogs are currently in their senior years. I love hiking, being outdoors, and lavishing love on all furry animals. I currently have two English Springer Spaniels, 10.5 and 12.5 in age. I also had two cats, until they passed away. I have a 20 gallon community fish tank that I care for as well. I am also a mom to two humans! They are both in school now, and I find myself with some extra time on my hands. Animals are family to me, and I would love to help you take care of yours. Let's get them some play time, some walks, and make sure they get all the loving they need! I am a free-lance graphic designer and baker, otherwise I have been a stay-at-home mom. Both kids are now in school full time, so I find myself with time to spare. I cannot walk my own dogs, due to their mobility restrictions and age, so why not walk yours! I would be caring for your pet in your home and around your neighborhood through walks, drop in visits and play times. I want to get to know you and your pet so that we know that we will work well together. I want you to feel safe having me caring for your furry family member and best friend, and I want to feel safe and comfortable with your pet(s). I want to see how you interact with your pet so that I can give them the type of care they are used to receiving!

About: I love all dog breeds. Found my passion in fostering for a rescue. Would love to have this as my job full time. We love to walk our dogs I work full time early mornings. I have one dog and fostering one dog until she gets adopted. We walk them daily we also have a dog park near by My dogs sleep with me when I’m home alone. They are allowed on furniture. I do have kennels and kennel when they are home alone. My pets are family and I will treat your pets as family too.

About: For the past 12 years, I’ve been raising German Shepherds and have successfully traveled with my puppies across the country. I believe pets deserve to experience the world, enjoying fun, excitement, and new environments. I’m known for being patient, attentive, and deeply committed to meeting each pet’s unique needs with care and compassion. I currently work Monday thru Thursday just a few minutes from my home. I am typically home the rest of the week, only being gone a few hours at a time. I spend my time hiking and being active. "While I currently don’t have any pets of my own, my home is fully equipped for your pet’s safety and comfort. I have a securely fenced yard with convenient access through a sliding door, allowing your pet to enjoy the outdoors without ever leaving a protected area—unless you prefer otherwise. Additionally, a baby gate provides a secure barrier to keep pets from accessing off-limits areas like the basement.

About: I grew up with a parent who groomed and did pet sitting in our home. This makes me very familiar with dogs and cats and their behaviors. I enjoy and love all animals as God created them ❤️ I currently do not work my daytime job at a fitness center for more then 5 hours at a time so no matter what time of day or for how long you will need, I will be available throughout the day each day. I will follow all guidelines the owner has laid out for the safety and comfortability of the pet. I am happy to use leashes, crates, and fences as needed or requested.

About: With 50+ years of experience caring and loving my own fur babies. I have loved and cared for many breeds, all away from a German Shepard, Shelties to a Chihuahua. Trust me the Chihuahua was more of a "so called guard dog" than my German Shepard. LOL I have more recent experience with senior dogs, but those senior dogs started out as puppies. As we all know every dog has their unique temperament. I don't hesitate in establishing clear leadership and positive relationship with your pups. I recently retired and I'm finding myself with a lot more free time. Once I got my own honey do list done. I was finding that I was spending to much time on the couch. I recently sent my little man over the rainbow bridge. Free time, too much sitting and missing my little man terribly. I needed activity and the love and joy that dogs give unconditionally. I found Rover.com and I'm hoping the rest is history. Your pup will be treated like my own. Your dogs safety and happiness is my number one concern. About: I have taken care of 3 different dogs over the past 10 years. i worked on training them soon after my parents would bring them home and I really put in my time and effort towards my pets. I am currently working part time so I would have lots of time to spend with your pets! Whenever I am not working I will be available. I have multiple crates for your dog if needed, play pen,and an electric fence, and many dog toys. My dog is a two year old cavapoo and he is a certified therapy dog so he is very calm and friendly.

About: I have been around dogs my entire life. I have dog sat in home and at my home walking them, bathing them, and loving on them. We love dogs at our house! Between me and my husband we are home most of the day! Your dog would only be alone for a hour or two a day. We walk our dog every night. We have a 2 level townhome and we gate off the stairs when we are not home. We have a little yard right out of our front door and then many open area right around us.

About: I’ve loved dogs as long as i can remember, I’ve been around dogs my whole life, had a Labrador Retriever growing up. My passion really began when neighbors would start asking me to dog sit for them. I always knew I wanted to do something with animals (mainly dogs.) a family friend told me about Rover & I immediately knew I had to become a sitter. I am very trustworthy and reliable & easy to reach! I currently do not have any pets in my home which makes me a great sitter if your dog isn’t a fan of other dogs/animals! I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to play with your dogs & care for them. I currently only work 3 days a week for 4 hours so I’m VERY flexible! You can always count on the fact that your dog is SAFE. If you don’t have a fenced in yard, I will keep your dog leashed unless you say otherwise!

About: I grew up around livestock and all sorts of other animals. I recently lost my own dog but when I had her I used Rover to help find a regular dog sitter for when I went on teacher conferences. I recently became trained in dog and cat CPR and first aid. I am not afraid to give medications to an animal and have taken care of dogs that have special needs such as anxiety, fear of fireworks, fear of guns and high energy. I am currently on a teaching schedule but after memorial day I will be available most days. If I am away during the summer it's usually just during the day. They will take first priority, getting food, water, any medications prescribed and taken to go outside will all take place before my needs. I can provide a kennel at my home and kennel trained my own dog understanding the process for that.

About: I have owned a dog for the last 15 years and have taken care of all ages/types of dogs for family and friends! I am home during the week and on weekends. I have a 4 year old yellow lab who is extremely friendly with other dogs and is used to being around them. I have an acre fenced in yard in town with lots of room for the dogs to run around safe. We have the summers off and are very flexible during the week. We are also available most every weekend for weekend stays or week long stays. We have a large fenced (One acre) in yard and a four year old yellow lab named Earl who loves to run around. Our yard is very dog friendly!
