“Vanessa took excellent care of my dogs for me and they loved going on a walk with her! They really enjoyed her and were completely comfortable with hanging out with her. Definitely will book again in the future!”

“My Shih Tzu absolutely loved Velma. He'd get so excited to see her he'd squeal. I had a foot injury and really appreciated that Velma always showed up on time and told me if my dog pooped, was scared by a cat or large dog or other things they encountered on their walk, like deer. She took really good care of my dog and I would highly recommend her to others.”

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats, including my own, for as long as I can remember. I have trained my pets as well as other's in basic obedience. I like to study dog psychology and I have a bachelor's degree in psychology. I've taken care of all kinds of dogs from tiny-huge and fearful-calm temperaments. My favorite breeds to care for are large breeds, most specifically breeds like pitties, rotties, and dobermans, but I love all dog breeds too and love how every dog has their own unique personality. I've also cared for cats doing volunteer work and have 2 of my own. I'm currently available anytime of the week all year besides the few times per year that I travel. I am working to potentially have a career with dogs. For care in the client's home, I will do whatever is instructed to me to be done for the pet. I am good at reading dog body language and understanding their needs. I've cared for fearful/avoidant dogs and hyper/clingy dogs alike. I am not able to provide care in my own home since I live with family and own 2 rescue cats.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs from less than a year old to 15 years old! Family and friends rely on my to spend time with their pets and care for them frequently I love spending time with pets when I am not teaching and spending time with kids! It is a great way for me to stay busy and active! I have a fenced yard with a friendly 6 year old black lab and cat in the home. I love to take dogs on walks and play with them!

About: I worked in dog grooming for a decade, and I do miss the dogs, often. I will be happy to help regardless of breed or size. I have open availability in my schedule. I work with many different service partners, and can easily adjust my schedule, with proper notice, of course. Dogs will be played with, of course! I will run them, depending on age and whether they like that. Feed them, walk them. Cats will get nozzles and pets

About: Not sure why my profile says that dogs must be spayed/neutered, I honestly don’t have a preference. I have consistently had pets since I was 6. Cats, dogs, fish, birds, hamsters, and turtles. I have also taken care of friends’ pets on a few occasions. Animals warm up to me quickly and seem to be drawn to me. I also tend to leave homes a little bit cleaner than I found them and I have been told that I am the best overnight guest ever, by my mom. 😁 My schedule is very open as I work from home and my work travels easily. I am available for short or long term pet and home sitting in your home. I prefer to meet you and your pet(s) at your home before I commit to staying. I would like to be sure that there is a connection between you and me and between your pet(s) and me. I have been called a ”dog whisperer” and parents have been surprised at the instant connection that I make with their pets. ☺️ I have also done a lot of gigs with the TrustedHousesitters app too.

About: I have had pets as long as I've been alive, I have a dog and two cats now, and live with several more dogs and cats. I was involved in 4-H and Junior AKC obedience and showmanship at a high level, I only practice positive reinforcement and gentle corrections. I will care for your pets as though they were my own. I'm currently working a flexible part-time job and individual gig jobs, so my availability is extremely flexible and open. Daily walks and treats for my dog, chew toys, playtime and fetch are all daily favorites. I clean litter at least once a day, more if needed or requested. The cats get playtime (one of my boys likes to fetch his toy mice), treats, and lots of catnip/silvervine. Happy to do multiple check-ins or stay for longer periods (except when I need to go home to check my own pets). Love taking dog walks and fetch, or playing with cats, your pets will not be bored if I have anything to say about it

About: From creating a PowerPoint in 2nd grade to convince my parents that I am responsible enough to take care of my own hamster (it worked and my dad works in sales), to asking every stranger if I can pet their dog, I have always loved animals. I’ve been lucky enough to not live without a pet in my life so I am more than prepared to take care of yours. Everyone’s favorite family member deserves the best! Hi! “I hired Kathlyn to walk my dog because I have been ill and unable to do that myself. She was just GREAT with Allie. She is a very experienced trainer and Allie took to Kathlyn immediately as did I. She is a very friendly person and made me feel at ease about letting my dog go for a walk with someone I didn't know. And with all of her experience, I knew she would be able to handle any situation that might arise. If and when I ever need help again, Kathlyn will be my first choice and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a dog walker.”

Julie P.
“Our family had the absolute pleasure of bringing Julie in to care for our home and our pets. We have a very elderly and ultra anxious dog that we didn't see doing well outside of our home. We also have two needy cats so she had several creatures to care for. It was such a pleasure to vacation without guilt or anxiety about the animals and house. She kept in regular contact and sent pictures of a happy relaxed dog. She left the house in immaculate condition and even washed and remade the bedding she slept in. We were so glad for this guilt free vacation. I know we will definitely use Julie again, whenever we need to get away with peace of mind.”

Caleb D.

“Caleb is the best pet sitter I’ve ever had. He truly cares for and loves animals. He always goes the extra mile by playing with my dog with his special ball, playing with my cats and ensuring my chickens were cared for! He sends me pictures of the animals while he is watching them to reassure me they are doing well. Caleb is punctual, honest and dependable. When he says he will do something for you it’s always done above and beyond. I highly recommend Caleb and will continue to use him in the future to watch my fur and feather babies.”
