“After three day camps we’re beyond happy with the level of care and fun that Mitzi has provided to our rescue Maltese, Winnie. Our goal was to provide a fun, safe, and positive socializing experience for Winnie, who is still very much coming into her own after being rescued from a puppy mill just five months ago. From pictures and videos, to text messages checking in with us throughout the day, we’ve come to realize how fortunate we were to discover Mitzi’s day care, she really dotes on all of the dogs and it’s such a comforting feeling knowing your dog is in great hands. We highly recommend Mitzi and hope others with shy/introverted dogs are equally fortunate to have their dogs spend time playing the day away in their giant back yard with friends of all sizes.”

“I couldn’t be any happier with how Kaya’s day went today in the care of Marissa and her two adorable puppies! She was extremely communicative and her home and fenced yard were perfect. 100% recommend her! Will definitely be booking with her again.”

“Edith was wonderful with my dogs. She gave me updates along with photos of them in her care. I’m glad that I was able to find a new sitter in my area. I would recommend Edith to anyone.”

About: For my husband and me, caring for dogs is a deep-seated passion. Our world revolves around their happiness and well-being. We started this journey because we believe every dog deserves to feel safe, cherished, and right at home, even when their favorite people are away. When your dog stays with us, they become a temporary, but much-loved, member of our family. As a husband-and-wife team, pet care is the heart of our household's daily rhythm. Our days are structured around our furry guests, including morning and evening walks, dedicated playtime, and consistent feeding times. Because we're a team, there is always someone home, ensuring your dog receives constant companionship and attention. Their routine truly guides our day. Our number one priority is creating a safe, secure, and loving environment. We do not have a fenced yard, but we do take them for a walk all the time (always when needed). We treat every dog like a member of our family, with plenty of affection. To build trust, we maintain your dog's specific routine and send you daily photo and video updates, giving you complete peace of mind that they are happy and in responsible hands.

“Gail and her family were extremely welcoming to our much loved Standard Poodle, a loving, but high energy boy. They were easy to work with, sent us regular updates and pics of our boy and we are so glad we found them on Rover - conveniently located in our neighborhood, he will be returning to them soon.”

About: I’ve always grown up with dogs, and so have my children. We have fostered with local rescues and helped friends and family with dog sitting needs. We have a fenced in yard and plenty of space to entertain your best friends! I am currently home full time, so can be totally flexible with scheduling. Looking forward to filling some of our time with extra doggo love! I have 3 teenage daughters who love to walk, brush, bathe, and play with dogs of all kinds, but are also responsible and understanding enough to give space to quieter or more senior animals. I also have 2 dogs of my own. Petunia is super friendly and especially loves puppies as she thinks they’re all her babies! Sofie loves to play with lots of friends! I work from home full time so will be with your babies all the time! I can be very flexible with scheduling and lengths of stay. I have a fenced in yard and plenty of space. I can crate if needed, but will be home and available during their stay if they are like my dogs and prefer to lounge with me on the couch.

“Hannah was prompt when picking up the boys. Excellent communication. The boys were tired when they got home. Looked as if they all enjoyed themselves. Thank you Hannah! Look forward to using your services again.”

About: I sometimes feel like a dog/cat whisper. I have a very calm nature and I think dogs/cats can really pick up on this. I have had animals of my own but could no longer afford the monetary funds it takes to care for dogs and cats. I am a retired active senior citizen and I have a lot of spare time I would love to devote to dog/cat boarding or walking. When I do care for dogs/cats in my home, I try to make sure they feel I care for them and snuggle and hold them, if I am allowed by the animal. I always wait to see if they have sniffed me and that lets me know they are or are not accepting of me.

About: I offer a reliable, dog-friendly home where your pup is treated like family. With a fully fenced yard for safe play, cozy dog cots or couch snuggles, and plenty of love to go around, your dog will feel right at home. I also have experience fostering puppies, so I’m comfortable with all ages, energy levels, and personalities! I am a teacher, so I’m currently on summer break with open availability. I am looking to help other dog owners out with their fur babies. We have a fenced in yard and dogs will be able to freely roam on the main floor of our house. Depending on your needs, the dog can either be crated or uncrated at night.

About: Hello! Let me tell you a little bit about why your puppies and I should hang out! I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember, dogs especially! I am the person who stops a conversation to say “look a dog!”. Over the years I’ve learned many different skills including but not limited to.. dog behavior/body language, dogs with disabilities, basic medication and training. I’ve been pet sitting for friends and neighbors alike for many years and recently had the opportunity to work more directly with behavior and care needs to hone in my skills even more. I’m very comfortable with all breeds, sizes and ages. There is a saying “everyone believes that they have the best dog in the world and everyone is right”. With this in mind your pets are the best and will receive the same love and care as my own! Rover is my full time career so your pets and I will hang out all day and night together! Your pets routine is very important! Your animals safety is number one priority. You will receive regular updates and photos and if there is anything specific to your pets a written description would be greatly appreciated so everyone is on the same page

About: I’ve had dogs all my life, from childhood family pets, to dogs of my own. We’ve always treated them like part of our family, with lots of attention, care & love (walking, playing, feeding & bathing). I have a very open and flexible schedule that allows me to be home & available during the week as needed. I can work with your schedule. I have a fenced in back yard, currently no pets, and 2 children ages 16 & 11 who are also really great with pets (here every other week). Plenty of space for a crate (if needed), but lots of room to play, relax and watch endless birds & squirrels outside too. We offer a very peaceful, organized & clean indoor environment, classical music, with lots of attention, affection and playtime. Bathing & extra pampering if requested.

About: I’ve had a variety of pets from the age of 4! From dogs & cats to rabbits, chinchillas & bunnies. They’re like another family member and I’ve always loved taking care of them as such. My grandmother grew up on a farm & helped me learn everything about taking care of animals, so I hope with the experience and care she’s taught me, I can give them that same warm home away from home feeling. I am completely remote in my job. I work from home 5 days a week from 10am- about 6pm EST. My job is based in Mountain time. It is VERY flexible, and I would be able to take out any dogs as often as needed. I live in a townhome with 2 cats who have been around other animals. They are completely up to date with shots & both are spayed/neutered! I can take out any puppies at any time as my neighborhood is pet friendly.

“Jessica is an absolute gem! She took good care of Riley and sent lots of photo updates while I had to fly out to California for the day. I really enjoyed seeing them and it made me feel comfortable knowing Riley was in good hands and having fun. Her dog River is very friendly and sweet! Riley and her played well together. This was my first experience using Rover and I had many questions–Jessica was very patient with me and even agreed to a meet and greet prior to make sure our dogs got a long well. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone. She treated Riley like he was part of the family, he was allowed on furniture and got to enjoy movie night with her and her husband. Thank you Jessica!”

“Amber is truly a gem! She’s one of the kindest, most loving, and gentle people I know, and I trust her with my fur baby, Charlie, without hesitation. She has cared for my 7-year-old English Bulldog multiple times, and each time I’m blown away by how thoughtful and attentive she is. Amber goes above and beyond—sending frequent photo updates, staying in touch if I have any questions, and making sure I feel completely at ease while I’m away. It’s such a relief knowing Charlie is in such capable and caring hands. She’s incredibly dependable, has a great fenced-in yard for the pups to enjoy, and is always my go-to when I need someone I can count on—especially for those last-minute work trips.
