Please let me know if your dog is reactive or dog aggressive ahead of time, so i know what to expect should something arise along a walk. Also, if your dog is nervous, please let me know as well. I would like to work with a behavioral issue instead of sending the dog into a “culture shock” with me, as it’s only fair to them.

We will have lots of time to play fetch, tug of war, or catch! After that’s done, I usually like to further stimulate the dog by doing some enrichment exercises such as a Snuffle Mat, Puzzle Toys, or give a frozen stuffer treat (if you so wish). I also like to do some dog training throughout the course of the day to keep the dog engaged and happy. I believe that an enriched dog is a happy dog!! I found it to work wonders with my high-energy Lab mix, he LOVES this routine, and i’m sure your dog will too. NOTE- I am BY NO MEANS A professional Trainer!! I am only willing to train a dog if they need some skills brushing up! If your dog doesn’t like this sort of stuff, i’m more than willing to go and take nice long walks around the neighborhood with them, maybe even take them for a small hike if the location is fitting. I believe that dogs deserve to have time to explore their surroundings as it stimulates the brain and keeps the dogs happy! My walks typically include “Sniffaris”, or letting the dog sniff as much as they want!! it’s important to allow the dog to smell their environments as it keeps their brains working and happy!
