Pet care experience
Growing up, we had dogs in my family, and I treasure the memory of caring for and bonding with our pets. As a current apartment-dweller, pet ownership is off the table for now. Since moving to LA in California, I've been house-sitting and dog-sitting for friends and families I have met, and have realized this something I love to do, so I came to Rover.com to be able to spend more time doing it. Each pet is special, and I'd love to meet yours.

I've known Zoe for 2+ years and he has always impressed me as a responsible and kind person. He's been great with my terrier mix, Max- attentive and loving. Max's tail won't stop when he sees him! Zoe is a truly special person and you would be lucky to have him caring for your pooch!
I have a rescue dog who is still very skittish, and her comfort zone is my home. So, I did not want to board her while I was out of town for a week. Zoe stayed at my home while I was gone and took wonderful care of my dog. She is also very high energy, so Zoe walked her twice a day and clearly gave her lots of attention, as I returned home to a very happy and well-cared for dog. I highly recommend Zoe as a dog sitter.

A typical day
I love to take the dogs I'm caring for to walks around LA's hiking trails, especially in the early morning or late afternoon (mid-day they can sometimes get a bit over-heated). I like to pack a frisbee and plan an outing at one of LA's many beautiful parks, and for social dogs, stop by a dog park so pets can have a little off-leash time.
