Hi! My preffered name is Cedar. I'm an undergraduate student in the history department at Loyola. I love animals, and have a pet frog of my own. I help babysit my friends pets whenever they need the help and that includes cats and dogs. I am familiar with some senior care of dogs, giving medicine in pill form, and overall giving very good snuggles my fuzzy friends. I grew up with 2 dogs and a cat so I am familiar with routine care and bathing of those animals. I have some experience with reptiles and amphibians as well.

I am very observant and attentive when it comes to pets and people. I struggle with sensory issues and ptsd, so it is easy for me to notice the same problems occuring in pets and comfort them. I was always taught to leave a place the same or even nicer than you found it so I promise to treat your home with care and keep the integrity our trust. I prefer gentle approaches rather than negative approaches as well.

Please let me know of the personality of your dog. I am good with most breeds. Bigger dogs have big personalities so it is a must to know triggers as well. I'd like to know things to avoid as well as favorite activities or toys. If there are any special needs or habits, please let me know of those as well.
A typical day
I can take your dog to parks around the area. My favorite being Loyola beach or Paschen Park. I can give some excellent belly rubs and cuddles for them as well. We can play at the park or just chill out together and enjoy the day. I am flexible in providing new activities or reinstating old favorites on our adventures indoor and outdoor.

Availability
I am currently half time as a student and the reading homework takes a few hours at least. I like to help out with babysitting when my friends need extra help or are going out of town. I usually have the weekends off or at least afternoon to evenings on weekdays to help out.
