Anything to make a dogs day better!

Pet care experience

I Grew up a dog lover. I have about 15 years of Hands on experience with dogs. My first job at 15 was volunteering at a local human society where i still help out from time to time. This job is where i worked majority of the time one on one with our dog handler and gained the experience and hands on time with all different types of breeds from the smallest to the biggest. Very Experienced in dog training with obedience, aggression, as well as forms of anxiety. I personally have 3 dogs 2 of 3 are licensed service animals. I have 2 pitbulls and 1 cane corso. They are my absolute life. I work, and devote all my time to my animals. I’ve cared for many peoples animals, including training a good portion of them as well. I love dogs, they are my passion so if i can repay them with more love, attention and happiness as they often give us (their owners) than I’d be very content.

I first noticed Zack walking in our local park. He had three medium to large breed dogs with him and they were all impressively obedient. I recently had gotten a Golden Retriever puppy who was giving me a run for my money! I was struggling specifically with leash walking. I struck up a conversation with Zack to see if he could help me. Without hesitation he offered helpful advice! I was very impressed with how knowledgeable he was on dogs and dog training. We exchanged phone numbers and continued to meet up in the park. Thanks to Zack my Golden pup walks beautifully on the leash now. I would (and have!) recommended Zack to friends and family for training.

From the first time I met Zack, he's been nothing but a dog whisperer. I've been taking my large breed dog. to our football games since he's been 2 months old. Every time Zack would see my dog he was very attention giving and loving towards him. He would also give me excellent information and tips on such a large breed dog. This has made handling our dog a lot easier and he's been very informative with us. Recently, my dog had puppies and I reached out to Zack to see if he was interested in adding to his family. I would love for Zack to be able to raise one of the pups because I know it would be raised in a very very well home.

I have known Zack for well over 10 years, the love he has for his dogs as well as for all dogs (mine included!) is unmatched! His dogs are like his children and treats them as such! I would highly recommend Zack with watching your pets, I will be using him to watch ours when we go on vacation!!

Zack is a great pet caregiver. Don’t let the tattoos fool you, he’s a giant teddy bear that loves being around animals. I recommend him with any type of dog or pet. Absolutely great guy

I have 3 dogs of my own. 2/3 are licensed services animals. My 3rd is still a pup so we are currently in training now. I have a huge fenced in yard, as well as 2 big 6x6 kennels which are both in a sun room with lots of fresh air, sun, heat, air conditioning. I walk my dogs 2 times a day. Once in the morning and once at night. I am a frequent visitor of the crossings of Colonie which is where i bring my dogs daily for walking and training purposes. I am very protective and hands on with my dogs and that’s exactly how i would be with anyones dog. The dogs safety and health/well-being are always the main focus.

Information Zack D. would like to know about your pet

Things i should know about your dog are aggressive tendencies, good with dogs (of all kinds) good with people, good with children and any health issues the dogs may have. I feel those are most important early on questions.

A typical day

I’m very big on walking and introducing certain commands both before and during the walk to help stimulate the dogs mind, as well as have fun while working. I always reward with small treats. I go daily to the crossings of Colonie where me and my dogs usually walk 4-6 miles depending on time, and weather. Then we usually go home and have a snack and play a few fun games to help with there memories and stimulating there minds! Then they usually lay down for a nice long nap while i leave to go to work.
