My approach to animals is the effort that you put in are the rewards that you will get out. Sometimes it's hard work, but caring for animals is rewarding in itself. Who else will do it? Sometimes we can be labeled nuts over cats or dogs.. and truly I think there are some who are lol.. but it's an entirely different thing to honor the animals that we give decades of our lives with. I love my pets very much and I believe in doing the right things to take care of them. There is no get a kitten or a puppy and discard them once they're no longer a kitten or puppy over here. A pet to me is a lifelong investment. I do think the animals reflect their owners.
