Hello Fellow Dog Lovers! I'm Zach, a thirty-something husband, father, and dog lover. At Happy Trail Hikes I offer hour long dog pack hikes. These fast paced pack hikes are designed to maximize the exercise your animal receives while also allowing time to socialize. My service also includes pick ups, drop offs, filtered water breaks, and Instagram pack photos daily. I strive to provide the ultimate experience for your animal every time they are in my care and do whatever is necessary to keep your dog(s) happy, healthy and safe anytime you’re called to the other obligations in your life. Zach has been a pet sitter for us on numerous occasions. He's also an amazing dog walker. He knows how to read animals, he's always on time, and our dogs just love him. He seems to give them that extra attention that only dog lovers know how to do. Zach doesn't just walk our dogs, he hikes with them so they get a good amount of exercise. A typical day
? What I do: My primary focus is on pack hiking, designed for dogs who require higher intensity workouts, however I also offer one-on-one, shorter neighborhood walks. Hikes are minimum of 1.5 hours of exercise for your dog, usually 3-4 hours away from the house, including transportation. I will teach your dog to walk gently and to not tug on the leash. Hiking in a pack is a great way for your dog to get back to nature as well as socialize with others.
