Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was around 8 or 9 years old. My family and friends have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I currently have a dog of my own that is healthy and full of energy. He’s turned into a well trained dog and it’s made me want to be around dogs more. I think what sets me apart from other Rover sitters is I’ve had tons of experience and exposure to different dogs and have been able to grow a bond with each and every one. I’ve been around dogs that aren’t big fans of meeting new people, dogs who don’t like other dogs, and dogs who love everyone and I’ve been able to care for them all.

We definitely recommend Zac, he has been wonderful to work with, and our dog loves him! He is always on time and always shows up with a smiling face and happy to take Molly out for her walk. He is great!
Zac has been filling in for us while our other Walker from Rover is gone and he has done an amazing job! He is on time and very friendly. Our dog likes him a lot and is so glad to see him when he gets here. Today Zac got stopped by a train, and he texted me right away to let me know he was going to be late. That was very much appreciated. I would recommend Zac as a Dog Walker to anyone looking for a wonderful person to work with. Thanks Zac!
Zac was fantastic! He took great care of the pups while I was gone, sending lots of photos, taking them for walks, and giving lots of cuddles. They fell in love with him and look forward to seeing him. Will definitely use him in the future.
Zac took such great care of my boy, Griffin. I got tons of videos and photos of him daily which really helped me be at ease with using rover while I traveled. His dog Buzz was also the best buddy for my Griff to hangout and play with.

I love pets and love to interact with them. Nothing makes me happy than seeing a pet happy and having its needs fulfilled. I’m a very active person so things like walks and play time are always my favorite. We live in apartment with our pup and make it work the best we can. It can be challenging to have a dog in an apartment but we are able to get our dog out each day and exercise and are able to still play around with our dog inside our apartment. We also have tons of grassy areas where we take our dog to do their business every hour or two. At our place, dogs run our place. No rules about getting up on furniture or the bed and our house is a play area.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs that I need to be aware about or even small habits they have that have. I’m pretty comfortable with most dogs and would be willing to do anything to care for the dog.
A typical day
I am a huge believer that dogs need to be both mentally and physically stimulated. Whether that’s a puzzle, a walk, or even a walk where the dog is walking me and I’m letting them sniff around. In past dogs I’ve been around, the best behaved and nice dogs are also the smartest ones and get plenty of stimulation daily. I like taking dogs on walks out in nature, so things like trails or paths through woods are what I love to take dogs to. I think it’s fun personally to be out in those areas and I also think it’s a great place to walk dogs and let them smell around.

I’m currently between undergraduate and graduate school and have a free summer that I'm looking to fill with Rover appointments. I am able to do just about any time and and day.
