I previously worked at a Humane Society in Texas and gained experience about animal care. I am also currently completing online courses to become a Dog Trainer. In addition to my formal employment at the Humane Society of El Paso, and formal Dog Training education, I have also previously fostered dogs from the Humane Society of El Paso. Fostering periods ranged from a few days up to 3+ mo. Age groups ranged from 8wks up to 5yrs old. I would love to share the knowledge that I have gained with the pets that have been placed in my care, as well as with their parents. I would like to help address any behavior issues that parents may deem necessary or help parents with any simple obedience training that they consider would help improve their pet's behavior. Lastly, as a parent myself, I am aware of how important it is to keep parents updated regularly and therefore I will provide regular detailed updates about regarding my encounter with the pet. Since I am currently at home full time my availability id open and flexible resulting in a more personalized experience for the pet and their parent. I promise that I will care for each pet as if they were my own.
