I love dogs! I've taken care of my dogs since I was 8; two Shitzu's and a Yorkie. I've also had cats, birds, turtles, hamsters, fish, rabbits, etc. so I'm experienced in working with domestic pets. Before COVID, I work in a dog friendly office. I have cared for dogs of various sizes from little toy breeds to large one such as American Bulldogs, Great Danes, etc. I have also watched over dogs of various age from puppies where I can provide frequenty potty breaks, to seniors with little to no eyesight that have to be slowly guided during walks. I also have experience with special needs dogs i.e. administered oral medication, cared for dogs with social anxiety by not approaching them directly & providing them with a calming environment. I have most pet supplies i.e. dog bowls, toys, poop bags, treats, dog blanket/bedding etc. if you want to pack lightly :) RATES: Day Care Fee is for a standard 8 hour work day. For longer days closer to 12 hours or more, please book request through Dog Boarding. Dog Boarding & House Sitting, rates are per 24 hours. If you require early check-in and/or late check-out, then extra Day Care rate may apply. I offer Drop Off and Pick Up service as well, within 15-20min driving distance (we can work out something if you are located further!) I now work from home full time during COVID so I can provide your pup with the care and attention it needs. Based your dog's schedule & exercise needs, I can provide them with the walks and exercise it needs. During work days, I typically take them on a walk before the work day starts, during lunch time, and after workday ends. For puppies, I have a backyard for frequent potty breaks. I live in a house where your dog would be able to roam around freely. They would sleep in my bedroom at night. I have a backyard with a long leash tie where they can roam around under my supervision. I'm right beside High Park so it's in a nice residential area that's not too busy, nice trails for walking dogs. There's also an off leash dog park at Baird Park.
