Hello there! My name is Yrian, and I have 8 years of dog/cat sitting experience. My love of animals was fostered as a child when I grew up on an organic farm in upstate NY. With the aid of two sweet german shepherd border collies, my family and I maintained the wellbeing of cows, sheep, horses, chickens, and donkeys. During this time, I learned to care for many different animals. For example, I was trained in animal first aid and Psychology – learning to create safe and fun environments where the animals could play with the ability to step in and help if needed. In addition, I was often tasked with caring for our families friends' dogs and cats when they were out of town, including both house sitting and boarding. Over the past 9 years, I have been a professional chef in North Carolina, New York, and the Bay Area. Seven months ago I moved to OC to start a Ph.D in Social Neuroscience. During this time, I have taken care of a few dogs and cats through word of mouth via friends and family. However, recently I decided to take this job more seriously by taking my services online. I live and work from home in my Tustin apartment with my partner and cat. I am available for drop-in visits, dog walking, doggy daycare, and house sitting. I can handle any situation involving animals, and will always make sure your pet is safe, loved and happy! My hope is that your pets will become part of my extended family.
