Pet care experience
We are the biggest animal lovers. It will be mostly me and my daughter Mai taking care of your babies. Mai has worked for doggie daycares for 5 years and volunteered at a dog rescue organization for 3yrs, and certified with”Dog Behavior Problems & Solution” We walk doggies in a fenced area to be safe (we don't want any accident!) Just 5 min away from our house, we recently opened a small doggy daycare/boarding specializing in small and medium dogs, with rubber flooring. Mai is usually at that daycare, and me (yoshiko) take care of Rover pups at home. We have experience taking care of and raising multiple cats as well. Mai and Yoshiko were so kind and gave me multiple daily updates on my little fur baby. Mai was very communicative and let me know if she had any questions to ensure the best care for my dog. I felt that my dog was in great hands and will definitely be booking with them again.
Yoshiko and her mother were kind enough to watch my dog last minute after another sitter fell through. We didn't get a chance to meet in person before my trip but she and I chatted on the phone and she sent me consistent updates and videos. Austen seemed very comfortable with her and by the end of the trip I was so pleased I'd left him in such safe hands.
My experience with Rover and Yoshiko really helped beyond and amazingly. I really appreciate the feedback and communication and treatment of my Sweetie gave me so much comfort and confidence in leaving my furbaby with them. I’m definitely forever grateful. I can tell my Sweetie had good time.
We had an excellent experience and so did our cat. I especially appreciated the easy drop off and quick pick up, plus the daily pics and updates, and everything went so well. It was great! I will certainly rebook for the next time.

I have 3 rooms with 2 small spayed dogs. They are friendly with every dogs. We walk dogs only within fenced area (resident-only medium sized dog park) unless you specify us to walk outside the fenced area. Mai has experience working for a doggy daycare and seen accidents happen, so we are very cautious when handling and walking dogs.
