We had such a wonderful experience with Yizhou!! She is incredibly sweet & kind with a very calming presence. And, most importantly, my dogs loved her! We were a little apprehensive of having a stranger take care of them while we were away, but Yizhou totally rocked it. She came over beforehand to meet the doggies, which really helped them acclimate. When it came to her visits, she always sent multiple messages with photos to give us an update on how everything was going. By the end, my dogs couldn't wait to see her! Thanks so much, Yizhou!!!

I couldn't be any happier, and don't have enough superlatives to express my true appreciation for Yizhou. This was my first time leaving my dog for anything more than an overnighter, and first time leaving him with someone he doesn't know. But I had a short notice extended travel come up and no one who could take Blade. I signed up on Rover and selected Yizhou. She was great about not only asking a lot of detailed questions about my dog, his routine and any special care needs, she responded quickly, and even went above and beyond helping my update my profile and navigate this site better. Yizhou was very flexible with my drop off and pick up times, and very accommodating about working with me on my tight schedule. While I was gone, she sent many updates about what and how my dog was doing, along with a couple pictures each time. When I left my dog with friends in the past, even for a couple hours, the reports I get are he gets sad and just waits for me to come back, but when I picked him up from Yizhou's home, he seemed comfortable there, and looked like he was very much at home in Yizhou's home and care. If you're like me it's hard to leave your pet behind for extended periods, but it's easier knowing you can leave him with someone who won't just take him, but will do everything possible to care for them, attend to his needs, and make their stay as fun and stress free as possible.
