Do not use this person!!! I should have went with my gut but with using Rover, I thought she might be ok plus I was very emotional due to the loss of one of my fur babies. We had plans to meet and several times, she changed the time. After finally showing up, hours after our first initial time, she showed up with her boyfriend. So it's not just her coming into your home, it's her and her boyfriend. I introduced her to my fur babies and then we sat at my dining table and discussed the times she was to come by and what exactly to do. While sitting at the table I decided that it would be better if they would just do over night stays or I needed someone to do overnight stays if they couldn't. Yasmin said that if I booked her, she would come by 3x a day 7:00 am... 2pm ish.... and then 9:30pm. They are English Bulldogs and cant be out long periods of time. This was for Friday morning until their last visit would be on Monday morning. I would be home Monday afternoon. As we looked at the total cost.... $498. For 4 bulldogs @ that many home visits versus $250 for someone to stay the whole weekend and again I said I thought it would be better for someone to stay the weekend, again she said that if i I booked her, that she would adjust it to be the same price. So I trusted her, she adjusted the stays and promised me that they would come by 3 times a day except Monday and only once Monday. Friday (they) not just her came by twice only..... ok ... well Saturday they came by that morning.... no middle of the day Visit and then came at 6:30pm???? It was 4th of July and my fur babies freak out with fireworks. I contacted Yasmin cause my babies were freaking out on my cameras. Her reaction totally broke my heart and i was honestly scared for her to go out of her way to check on them due to she may harm them..... so after 6:30 pm she never went back sat night. On Sunday around 10am I'm still watching my cameras and Yasmin never showed up... I messaged her and asked why she hasn't checked on them and she responded that they sleep in on Sundays. I took screen shots of my fur babies with no water nor food in their bowls, grant it these are the biggest bowls you can buy for a fat headed bulldog. My vacation was so stressful and Yasmin is not a good pet person. After I freaked out and tried to be nice about how upset I was, she decided to say that I only requested 2 x a day and didn't give her a set time...... WRONG!!! She only did it for the money not because she cares about your pets. Yasmin never showed up for the Monday visit. DO NOT Trust this person!!! She lied and dont care if your pets are taken care of as long as she is paid. The check in times that she posted like she did nothing wrong does not match my camera times nor my phone screen shots.
