Hi there! I've grown up with all sorts of dogs, from a Dalmatian and a Saint Bernard to a Welsh Terrier and a Poodle. There are only a few things in the world that I love more than dogs. They’ve always been a huge part of my life, and I know how to give them the best care, loads of love, and a safe space. I live in a cozy 1-bedroom apartment on a quiet street. I'm committed to creating an stress-free and loving environment for every pet I meet. I'm flexible with whatever your pooch enjoys—whether it's long walks, lots of playtime, running together, or just hanging out on the couch. Can't wait to be friends with your little furry family member!

Yana was a wonderful sitter for Cedar while we were out of town for the holiday. She was able to navigate Cedar’s high-energy and quirks, sent plenty of photos, and made us feel at ease with her communication. We would recommend Yana and use her again as a sitter!

Yana was wonderful with my dog who has a lot of anxiety. She sent adorable photos every day and I felt so comfortable knowing he was being loved and well cared for.
Yana was incredible with our dog Tesla. Tesla was sad to leave Yana and looks forward to seeing Yana again. Yana went above and beyond in caring for our dog, giving her attention, taking her on fun outings, and even going out and trying to find solutions for her temporarily upset tummy without us asking her to. She was excellent at communicating with us and we felt very confident and at ease knowing Tesla was in good hands. You don’t find many great dog sitters these days. We are so lucky to have found an excellent dog care giver for when we have to be away.

In my home, I provide a welcoming space for pets. If your pet stays with me, they'll have consistent companionship, and I'll make sure they feel at home. Our surroundings are calm and quiet. I make it a point to stay in the same room as the pet, ensuring they feel attended to and constantly engaging in different interactions with them, unless they choose to have more space to themselves in another room. As an active person, I enjoy taking dogs for multiple walks throughout the day. Additionally, I'm a runner, so if your dog likes running, we'll have a great time together. When caring for pets in their home, I take into consideration the fact that I'm a guest and treat the space and the pet with extra care, attention and respect, creating a comfortable and secure atmosphere, and following any specific routines or preferences they may have.

I'd greatly appreciate knowing your pet's daily habits, behaviors, and any existing health conditions. It's also important for me to understand their likes, preferred play styles, and where they enjoy being petted to ensure they're comfortable and happy. Please let me know of any particular dislikes or fears they may have, such as interactions with other people or dogs. While I haven't administered shots previously, I'm willing to learn and do so if given proper guidance and if it's necessary for their well-being.
A typical day
In my neighborhood, we have plenty of sidewalks and grass, making it a great place for daily walks. I typically like to do at least 30-minute walks, but I'm attentive to the dog's energy level and adjust accordingly. Throughout the day, I enjoy engaging in playtime, including activities like fetch and tug of war, and I'm happy to provide mental stimulation through training if requested, rewarding with treats. Most of the time, I stay in the same room with the dog. Whether we're watching TV together or I'm working on my computer, I make sure to pet them, ensuring they don't feel alone or sad without their owners.
