I spent the entire last year house and pet sitting while working from home and absolutely loved it. I’ve been crazy about animals since I was a little girl and in this phase of my life I’m loving being an auntie to other peoples fur babies (I’m traveling too much to have one of my own). I work from home as a real estate agent/investor and one of my favorite things to do is to go for a walk to explore new neighborhoods. Being somewhat new to Miami this has also helped me tremendously in my real estate business here. Having an excited pup or two with me makes it exponentially better. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments and all of them have done well with me. I’ve also cared for special needs dogs on multiple occasions with only great results. Mostly I was using trustedhousesitters so I’ve taken screenshots of my reviews and posted them in my photos but I am happy to also provide contact info for past sits if you feel like you’d like to talk to some references. I always leave a home as clean or cleaner than I found it and your animal well taken care of a spoiled with love and cuddles.

Yana and I volunteered together at a meditation retreat which had close to 300 attendees. I was struck with the alacrity with which Yana volunteered for various chores, starting with ringing the wakeup bell which was struck at 4:30 am, cooking and cleaning and serving through the day, wrapping up at 9:30 pm. Throughout the long day, you could always count on her for a smile. What makes her special is that she treats even the most mundane assignment - peeling potatoes for example - as something to put her heart and soul into and not just a chore to be completed.
Yana is one of the most intelligent, loving, compassionate humans I have ever met in all my 73 years. I have seen her with little children, difficult adults, and my crazy, autistic Vizsla. I trust her under any circumstances! She has all the inner dots connected- what to eat, how to behave, completely honest& unbelievably gorgeous to look at! I could go on for days! I love her so much& would leave my dog with her any time.

A typical day
I love walking and with or without a dog go for at least an hour walk every day. Going to be beach and dog parks and throwing around a ball are also high on y list of fun things to do. If they are older than of course I would accommodate for their needs with shorter walks. I’m also a lover of kitty cat cuddles and think cats are so entertaining and adorable. I love to curl up with a warm furry pet and a book or a movie!

Availability
I work in tech and move between Miami, Tulum and Costa Rica and Washington state in the summer time (which is where my family lives). My schedule is self-curated (I decide my hours) and I work from my laptop so I can be anywhere. When I’m Seattle I do some temp work for an event services company as well. Again that schedule is self curated and allows me to work as much or as little as I choose. Going on long walks is part of my work flow as getting to know neighborhoods is part of being in real estate. I love to take a pup with me for that walk!
