Xylia watched our two dogs over the weekend. Unfortunately it was a very bad experience. We don't have cameras in the house but we do monitor the video doorbell and enter/exits. At the meet and greet , i emphasized how important it was that the pups stay on schedule and she said no problem. The next morning after day she arrived , the dogs had not been out at their normal time of 7-8 am. I text. No answer. I called and woke her and she told me she had to many cocktails at dinner the night before and she overslept. She apologized but dogs did not get out or have breakfast until 945 Am. Unacceptable! It spiraled from there with the next morning her letting pups out to only pee for 3 min in front yard at 7:35 instead or walking them like we discussed so they can both pee and poop. The video doorbell stores the times and video. Other things that happened is she walked them one day for afternoon walk at 210 pm instead of the normal time of 12pm-1 pm. She also left dirty cups on the counter and left dirty clothes in guest room. I can't recommend her for anyone and won't be using her in the future. I should have listened to the other 2 bad reviews on rover. This sitter also adds extra fees on top of overnight stays saying 1 walk with overnight stay is included and it is normally $25 for additional walk . She gave it to me at $10 /day with added fees of $30 total. I've never heard of that and find it shady.

Xylia did a great job taking care of our puppy. She was communicative from start to finish, and did everything we could've wanted.
