Pronounced So-chi I have had dogs since I was 7 years old and consider them to be a part of the family. I was taught from a young age to be responsible and take care of them. I am an extrovert and enjoy meeting new people and their pets. I am responsible, friendly and reliable. I have experience with practically every breed/mix and know the temperaments of dogs. I have also dealt with different needs as I have had dogs who were diagnosed with cancer, needed daily medication and were urinary/fecal incontinent. I also had a sweet doggie Zoya who lost a leg to cancer. I am very comfortable with any situation really.

The cats were well taken care of while we were gone. Xochitl was courteous, professional, on-time. Loved getting the photo updates of our kitties while on vacation. Definitely recommend!

Xochitl is an excellent pet sitter! She is very conscientious, and an excellent communicator. Our labrador got lots of exercise, and Xochitl sent plenty of pictures. I can tell she loves her job!

I enjoy taking dogs on walks at Bob Jones, Johnson Ranch, Laguna Lake, the Bluffs, Islay Hill or any trail that is near your home. My car has a dog seat cover in the back for the dog's safety and I have a portable dog water bowl for after the walk. If you don't want me to take your dog to these places and are more comfortable just walking around the neighborhood I am A-okay with that. I know some dogs don't like cars, overstimulation, etc. For house sitting, I am organized and like to keep things clean.

Availability
I am a full-time kindergarten teacher in Santa Maria which means I will be gone from 7am-3pm. With this schedule, for house sitting, I would be better suited for pets that are used to being home alone during the day. Weekends/holidays won't be a problem.
