Hi, I'm Xiao. I'm a recent immigrant to Portland from China with my wife who is a Portland native. Our house is full of dogs! We have two big pitties and our neighbor's shepherd mix does daycare with us part time. I'm not a super experienced dog handler, but I'm learning quickly as we train our own pack of goofballs. I'm a professional photographer, but while I'm getting my bearings here in PDX I've been taking small gigs, including walking and sitting dogs for our friends. I have great references! Plus, I like to take photos of dogs while we're walking or just hanging out. So sometimes you'll get some seriously cute, candid, professional quality pics of your dog having fun as a surprise bonus!

I'm not incredibly strict, but I'm learning to be more assertive. Dogs that need very strict leadership are probably not the best match for me. I don't have any preferences, but most of my experience has been with bully breeds.
A typical day
I like taking dogs on long walks. playing fetch, and tug. Depending on the neighborhood, mostly I've spent time at parks, including dog parks, in SE Portland. We also like the Springwater Trail, Mount Tabor, and Powell Butte for trips with our pups.
