Started out well and then not sure what happened. I booked Winter for a few days to drop in and care for my sweet boy Charlie based on her glowing reviews and repeat customers. Initially, she was very communicative and kept me updated with pics and comments on my cat. On the last day, she went MIA for the evening check in and it was not until I reached out a few times asking if everything was ok that she responded. She did not get to my cat until late at night two hours past his scheduled feeding time. At that point my cat had not eaten since 7am that morning. What frustrated me as a customer is the lack of communication not letting me know she was running very late and the lack of consideration for my cat who had gone without eating since 7am that morning. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this was definitely not the service I expected.

We were lucky to once again have Winter to take care of our cat, Winston, while we were out. As always, Winter was communicative, attentive, and accommodating, and she shared tons of photos with us. Our cat just loves her.
