Time to care for your dog!
Pet care experience
I love dogs, and want to do what I can to help them live better and happier lives. I’ve fostered dogs that were rescued from the dog meat trade with Korean K9 Rescue (free documentary available online about the great work they do, in which I make a very short appearance), helped traumatized dogs learn to trust men before joining their forever homes, and took care of sick dogs and nursed them back to health. I’ve also volunteered at shelters in NY and WA, which involves a lot of dog walking and keeping them company. I work full time from home in Capitol Hill, have a flexible schedule, and can help walk your dog or spend time with them while they wait for your return from work.
Reviews
William was awesome! He was always on time and my dogs were so excited to see him each day.
A patient, affectionate, and compassionate dog-lover, William treats every dog as if s/he were his. Fostering dog-meat and puppy-mill dogs taught him to deal with unexpected and challenging situations, from helping scared dogs warm up to new environments and administering medicine to teaching the pups to learn how to use the bathroom outside and play with them at the dog park. You can also trust him to quickly get a sense of the other dog personalities and owners in the neighborhood. I know that the founder of Korean K9 Rescue thought highly of his level of dog-care and I expect Rover clients will be happy to work with him!
