This was my first time booking on rover and I’m very grateful it was with William and his wife! They took really good care of my golden boy and shared pictures and updates of him and their pup. I added an additional grooming session and my puppo came back so clean and soft!! Communication was prompt and clear as well. My flight kept getting delayed and they were very understanding and flexible. Thank you guys for taking care of my baby boy 😭
