Hey ya'll! I grew up on a farm in southern Kansas and that is where my love for animals began. From the time I could walk I was helping my dad feed our livestock and family pets. As I got older, my family would raise Border Collie puppies that became one of my projects as I was the one to take care of mom and pups and socialize the puppies multiple times a day. In college I would volunteer at the local Humane Society to care for pets and walk dogs. I also took a course on animal behavior and several college courses in animal science. I also just took a course on animal first aid and CPR (not a certification but a 2-hour course) in April 2023. I have two fur babies of my own, my rescue cat, Jackson (5) And my Golden Retriever, Benson, (1 year). My goal is to give you peace of mind while out of town that your fur babies are in good hands.

We always feel better leaving our cat at home knowing Whitney will be checking in on him. It’s good to know he will be taken care of and it’s nice to have the amazing pictures when traveling!

Whitney was the biggest help in caring for our 3 cats while we were away on vacation. From each daily update, it felt like she learned more and more about the cats’ personalities, and mentioned many details that let us know they were safe, happy, comfortable, and being themselves. Overall, Whitney went above and beyond in helping us feel comfortable being away from our cats and home, and we really appreciate it. Will definitely rebook in the future!

A typical day
I will take your pet on walks or perhaps even the dog park if you are ok with that (I can provide transport in my car), play with toys in the yard in between lots of pets and cuddles, and I can provide you with photos if you wish. Any favorite activities you want to share I'd be willing to try as well!

I work full time at Koch but can be flexible with morning and evening hours to do potty breaks, check-ins, walks and feedings as needed.
