I am an experienced animal caretaker and will enjoy caring for your beloved family member! I have cared for all kinds of animals, including dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits and abandoned baby possums. I have volunteered at the Brazos Valley Animal Shelter. I work in my pottery studio, which is on the premises. My mother (my assistant) also has a home business and can help me with animal care when necessary. My two-acre large backyard is fenced and has trees. I can separate pets as needed. Backyard has shelters from sun and inclement weather. Part of the backyard has a pool with separate gate access. (With owner permission, I will take your dog for a swim in the pool.) Pets are allowed on couches and beds. My floors are tile. I have experience with several dog breeds: - Basset Hound/Beagle mix - Labrador Retriever/ Chow mix - Labrador Retriever/ German Shepherd mix My current pets: - Chocolate Labrador Retriever - 3 cats I know your pets may have high anxiety being away from you.
