Hello! My name is Whitney! I'm a mom of 2 beautiful children and two (now 3) tail wagging puppers! I am a positive reinforcement animal trainer and I love every minute of it! I started dog sitting 10 years ago, helping my neighbors and family while they were at work or out of town. When I decided I wanted a professional career in the pet industry, I began working at a doggy daycare where I learned a lot about animals social behaviors. From there I spent years learning in pet care and learning the proper way to handle difficult dogs and proficient boarding techniques. Over the past few years, I have been expanding working as a Professional trainer. I enjoy growing my knowledge of animal behavior, thus I continue growing and learning in order to provide the best care for any animal. I am currently pursuing my degree in Aminal Behavior and Health which gives me plenty of time to spend with the pack. I am Pet First Aid and CPR certified as well as a certified AKC evaluator. As an animal lover and trainer you can trust that your pets will be cared for in an manner in which I treat my own to ensure they are well cared for you while you are away. After morning drop off for daycare dogs and breakfast for boarding dog, we will go for a short pack walk then hang out on the patio/in the house playing, relaxing, and hanging out until lunch. Everyone has lunch and rests for an hour then it's off to another pack walk! Afterwards we play, have a few treats, and then we separate for dinner time and pick up for daycare dogs. All daycare dogs have a walk while their parents are on their way and boarding pups are walked after dinner. I have a fenced in patio with astro turf and space for playing with the pack. I have crates, beds, bowls, treats, and plenty of love for everyone! I currently work and do school from home so I am here throughout the day to play with and walk all the pups! We do a lot of play and walks as a pack to encourage positive socialization. We spend most of our time with the patio door opened to the fenced in patio and enjoy walks around our very dog friendly neighborhood.
