Iowa raised, farm bread, & corn-fed

Pet care experience

I grew up on a farm, and I have had experience with all animals, Dogs, Cats, Cows, Pigs, and Goats (even walking them on leashes). I love animals! I do have a full time job but I have 3-4 days off a week which leaves plenty of time to care for your Dog or pet. I'm dependable, nurturing and trustworthy, I have reliable transportation, plus I have a handy side kick, Audrey, my daughter, that loves animals, she's very respectful and well mannered and I am teaching her about the value of work. She is a 3rd grade honor roll student, who takes her chores very seriously. If you do not feel comfortable with a child around your pet, I am probably not the care taker for you. You are more than welcomed to interview us both before you make your decision, I understand that your Dogs are family, so I want you to feel as comfortable with me as possible. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you. Have a great day.

Whitney has sat our dog on several occasions and our dog loves her. Whitney will follow any special instructions we have for our dog, either it be diet or exercise. She has also house sat for us overnight if we had to be gone for a few days. She is trust worthy and very pleased with her services.

Reasons why I think that Whitney Green would make a great dog sitter: She grew up with dogs as pets. She is a workaholic, so any job she takes on she has the solid work ethic to complete. She has a sister with Downs Syndrome that she helps take care of. She has a daughter that she adores and that she raised on her own. She is self-motivated, always looking for ways to be productive and make things better, both in her personal life and at work. She is not solely motivated by consequence or compensation, but feels morally obligated to do her job with proficiency. She is extremely accountable and detests flakiness so much that I have seen her stop associating with people that she can't rely on. Accountability is fundamental to her, so she treats others accordingly. She is very goal oriented and currently has some goals that will be more easily achieved by the extra income dog sitting will provide, so she is highly motivated to do a good job. She believes in going to work even when she is sick. Even though I have seen her go through some pretty rough stuff, she still made work a priority.
