Pet care experience
I am a science teacher and have always had a great love for animals! I grew up on a horse ranch with dogs, cats, and, of course, horses. I am able to provide your companion pet with love and attention while you’re away! I currently have one Golden Retriever who would love companions! My Great Pyrenees just passed at 14 years of age and my Golden needs some play time with other animals.

Easiest 5 star review ever! Whitney took amazing care of my pups, texted me updates all the time, and quickly became their new BFF! Neither of my dogs are friendly towards strangers, so that says a lot. Already looking forward to booking with her again for our next holiday trip!
Whitney was a great drop-in sitter! We came home after our vacation to two happy and healthy cats. Lots of pictures and updates for our peace of mind while we were away.
Whitney was so kind and thoughtful with my Abby! Seeing pictures of Abby having fun with Whitney's precious dog, & being updated frequently was so comforting while I was away. Definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for pet care!
Whitney is awesome. She is a very effective communicator and took excellent care of our dogs. Our dogs were so relaxed and happy when we got home it was like we had not left at all. This was our first vacation since we got our golden puppy and she is at the top of the list when we go out of town again.

My golden Retriever, Teddy, is 10 years old and gets along well with all animals. He has smaller pet cousins (a poodle and a small mutt) with whom he plays well. The poodle is a little ornery and he knows when to leave older pets alone. I take pride in keeping your home clean and making sure it’s comfy when coming home!

Please let me know if your pet needs medication administered or if your pet tends to show aggression towards humans or animals before booking. I can always accommodate for special behaviors, but it’s easier if I have a heads up.
A typical day
I enjoy playing fetch, frisbee, and taking dogs for walks. Each pet is different and I am happy to accommodate any special needs. We can walk around your neighborhood or go to a dog park.

Availability
I work full time as a teacher, but can visit your pets before school, after school, and before bedtime. During the summer, I have more freedom to visit and walk pets. I am always available to house sit, if it’s ok to bring my golden retriever.
